The treatment they give in that bank is ridiculous, they think they are dreamy and the tellers are arrogant. If I were the owner, I would run them all and without payment. The customer comes first, whether you have a little or a lot of money.

Worst customer service ever! The people in this bank don’t care to work or help you in anything. Need a replacement card? Oh no sorry ate machine is broken. You now can’t access any of your money

Horrible customer service. Not just a one off, but it’s constant. Attitudes from everyone there, including the managers. No thank you, no apologies, ATM is always broken & no sign posted so what is supposed to be a 5 min. Transaction (bc the drive thru is always empty when I go) turns into a 20- 30 min transaction if you get customer service immediately. They always have problems with depositing checks & is always a headache. I’ve been a customer for 20 years. Save your self time & headache. Go to the Pinecrest location if possible, never have I had issues there. They are friendly, nice & helpful. First Horizon need to replace this manager again. Start with her. If you & your team don’t take care of your customers & are not friendly/helpful & provide no customer service, then expect to have a major headache on your hands. Bank elsewhere people. ❤️?

The location is horrible, I literally feel like I’m going to get robbed every time I go there. I would fight the manager if I could get away with it without being arrested.

I wanted to give this bank a chance because I believe in supporting small banks but this bank changed my mind, the branch is located in a rundown building with garbage all around the property, there is only one ATM which typically breaks down and since the other nearest branch is in Palmetto Bay you will be out of luck. Some small banks strive to get your business, First Horizon does not even try

Poor customer service, they don’t want to work. So sad, will be closing my account after 20 years with bank. Go to Chase or Southgate, much better service.

Terrible location, look like a dump from the out side and get treated like it inside. They a funeral as a Neighboring business that is always up keeping, landscaping and grooming the property then you have this bank that doesn’t pick up the litter ( millions of deposit slips.) It’s very unfortunate that this branch hires new management instead of loyal workers that have been at the branch for many years.

Absolute worst bank ever. The app sucks and for the longest they didn't even have one, so you were blind to what your balance was on the fly. They had a regular working app but decided to create a new one but in the mean time we were left in the dark. Horrible hours what bank closes at 4 religiously Monday through Friday making it practically impossible to make deposits or do anything important regarding your account. It's probably the worst bank if your a regular working class citizen. And even worse if you're a business owner.
