Freddie, Jim and the rest of the Castle Services Team are just incredible. As a local designer I have used Castle for years for receiving, storage, and relocation services as well as cleaning and set-up. They are always organized, prepared, solution driven, cost effective, and professional. This team is so easy to work with and always deliver. I recently used Castle services for my personal home relocation as well. I have had nearly 15 relocations in my lifetime and have never utilized a professional moving company before. What a difference! They came in and wrapped all my furniture and appliances for transit. All lamps, artwork and audio-visual equipment was boxed and labeled. The team was so efficient, and the process was so easy. I highly encourage anyone who is considering Castle for their storage needs to move forward with Castle Services. Thank you, Castle Services, for your great work!

I was stressing about moving out of our apartment on short notice from Monroe County to Broward County and Francisco came to the rescue. He assured me he could take care of everything and not to worry. On moving day his staff was prompt, respectful of our things and very professional. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Castle Services. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends!

This review is long over due. I hired this company about a year ago. My father who is older, lived in homestead. He had to sell his home due to health reasons and move back North. All of his furnishings were put into storage in homestead prior to leaving. He hired a couple of young guys through a friend to move his stuff. Nothing was wrapped or packed, it was mostly in black trash bags and piled in the storage units to the top. I say Units as there was three of them. With the housing market being the way it is, it took over a year for my father to purchase a new house. On short notice we rented a box truck and headed to homestead to pick up his stuff. While in the truck I was calling places to try and hire movers to help load the truck. No one would call me back, and two companies blatantly said they weren't interested in the Job. Not Castle tho. They jumped at the opportunity to do the work. In two days notice he had four guys out there to help us load the truck. They met us on location, bright and early in the morning. They unloaded the three storage containers and wrapped and packed items as they were doing it. You could clearly see the kids who filled the storage units had just thrown stuff everywhere and on top of everything. These guys carefully took everything out and made their best effort not to damage any of my fathers belongings. Not to mention it was in Aug, it was 90° outside in the FL sun, and probably 100° in the back of the truck. They had emptied, 3 full sized storage units (was the contents of a four bedroom house) in less than 4 hours. A few hours later we headed north and two days later we arrived with little to no damage with all our items, safely packed in the truck. Items were secured, there was no shifting of the load at all. The rates were very reasonable and on par with what I was seeing listed on other co. websites. I would def recommend them for moving services.

We have used Castle Services for more than a decade. They are our first choice for cleaning, moving, or any of their services. They are a family-owned, small business that has grown over the years. In this case, we needed extensive exterior cleaning at the house. The team, as always, was professional, timely, and did a great job.

Castle Services recently helped me move back to Key Largo. They took very good care of all of my things and made sure I was happy where everything was placed. The team is very talented and assisted with hanging some very precious art. They were punctual and very professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

As owner and Designer of InsideOut, I have been using Castle Services for all of my projects. They have received, inspected and delivered numerous trucks of furniture and accessories for my Keys projects. Their staff is friendly, cooperative and extremely respectful of my clients and their goods. In 10 years they have not dinged the walls, dropped an item or broken any one of the hundreds of pieces they have handled for me. The owner stands behind his work and is fair in pricing and all of his services. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the Castle team! They are professional, helpful, friendly, organized and knowledgeable. We have used them several times over this past year - and have also had them store our items in between moves. They took excellent care of every item (and of our home) every step of the way. Castle was highly recommended to us by friends - and now we are big fans too!

Freddy and Castle Services have always been wonderful helping us move lots of heavy items to the proper location over our auction weekend. He even checks in randomly with a friendly hello just to see if we need help throughout the year. Great guy and great service!

I have used Castle Services many times and will continue to choose them because of their excellent customer service! They always volunteer to help with our annual golf tournament and were extremely careful when they helped move our office this past year. They are prompt, friendly, and very professional.
