I had an appointment to receive the latest covid booster but while I was waiting there was a power failure. I came back the next day and the person at the pharmacy counter told that they had to check if they could use the vaccine. I left my name and phone number and was told when they received the ok I would be called. I'm still waiting for the call!! Customer service in the pharmacy is not handled very well in my opinion.

Bien decepcionada.

Staff in the pharmacy is rude and mean. Doesn't try to help customers. I would never go there again for my pharmacy needs.

The employee Marilyn (I believe that's her name) was really rude. I also overheard her talking badly about a customer and saying she's about to "snap" on people. Everyone else is nice. The pharmacy has gotten better with answering the phones.

This pharmacy never answers the phones. It's ridiculous that I have to wait so long to not even speak to a staff member. GET NEW STAFF MEMBERS!!

Terrible service at the pharmacy, you can't talk to a representative on the phone, wait times on phone have been over an hour and a half and then get dropped. While in the store, you can hear the phone line telling all of them that the pharmacy has a call, yet NO ONE goes to answer the phone. I know they are short staffed because of Covid, but the company itself does nothing to help them out. So CVS needs to step up and do what they need to do to improve the pharmacy. I only go to CVS instead of Walgreens because my meds aren't covered under Walgreens. Or else I would never step another foot in their door

This is so close to home, and me being physically challenged it's the perfect spot. And I bought things here pretty reasonable price always nice and clean and the workers are friendly. But too many times I've come to put load on my Capital One card. Or make a payment to my credit card Capital One also. The only one person that was able to do was a young lady who works there on weekends. Nobody else has a clue. And sad to say too much of an inconvenience to travel all the way and find out that I cannot get the service I'm looking for. It can use some better management and definitely better training. The young woman that actually knows how to add money is a cashier. When I approach the manager times when she was not working he had no clue. What's wrong with this picture?

Im writing this while I wait in line for a prescription that's ready to pick up. The place is nice and well kept but there is no staff. The pharmacist must be sipping on cough syrup because they're the slothing around without a care in the world.

CVS prides itself on excellent customer service and being compassionate to its customers. Unfortunately, we received neither at this particular store today. The pharmacist and her tech seemed overworked and frustrated which most likely contributed to their horrid disposition. The store appeared in disarray, dirty...much different from other CVS stores I have visited throughout our country. I won't be visiting this particular store again.

If you think that You deserve to be treated respectfully, don't go to this pharmacy. Being business owners ourself we value our customers as they are the most important part of our company and we wouldn't hesitate to fire anybody that treat any of my clients in the way that the personnel of this pharmacy treated me today... zero start you deserve !!

Due to COVID I am very understanding as businesses, especially pharmacies, have been inundated. I attempted to get an update on my prescription through the automated system however since last week my prescription has been listed as, "In Progress". Therefore I needed to speak with a representative to see if there was an issue and to get an actual status update. As I am writing this review I have now been on hold pending to speak with a pharmacy representative for 1hr and 18 mins. And now, have been hung up on!!! I have even stood inside of this CVS pharmacy & while waiting to be assisted you can hear a message repeatedly saying, "pharmacy you have a call" and they do not move a muscle to assist that customer and answer that call. It just keeps holding. So I've even felt bad for that customer. Something needs to be done regarding this store and their horrid customer assistance. As I have said, I am completely understanding as there is a pandemic happening. However, this is ridiculous. Even during COVID the CVS pharmacy on Old Cutler has never placed me on hold this long. And then, to later just hang up on them after holding for OVER AN HOUR?!?! Not ok!

No one ever picks up the phone. Calling from a doctors office you're left on hold for more than 30mins and then sent to voicemail. Waste of time.

Worst service and drive thru pick up of prescription takes about an hour and half why they are doing Covid testing from the pick up lane so if you are sick and are picking up a prescription or heart or for diabetes meds.... Now they expose you to Covid and up the chances of getting it. Wow geniuses
