This place has become a total mess, Last visit all lines were cluttered either with boxes or employees organizing merchandise,no way to walk through aisles without bumping to something or someone, on top of that there is only one bathroom available which was also cluttered with boxes right at the entrance and no changing station available, the only positive came from the helpful and accommodating cashier who helped me through checkout.

Show#1.Employees fighting between for $20 missing dollars in cashiers,high level voice,a real free show at store.Later a man joined to show.3:30pm,all cashiers closed,perfume counter refused to charge me,sent me back again to close cashier,Hello! What's happening here? Finally someone how said is out of clock open cashier and sent other person to charge me.Really mess,uneducated employees.We do not return here again.Show #2.(3)Employees sharing info,between store lines,about accident employee car in parking lot.No education at all in here.

I have never left a 1 star review before, but unfortunately felt the need for this store. If I had received a single apology or friendly tone I would write differently, but more than anything I am disappointed with the customer service. My online card order was supposed to be complete in this store by 2:45 PM, and by 6 PM when I went to pick it up, I waited for awhile only to find out they apparently don't do cards? They didn't seem to know my order existed, even though CVS online allowed me to place my order with their store. They told me in a passive way that a manager would call me the next day. Already this has become an inconvenience, but I was patient and decided to wait. These things can happen, right? By 10 AM the next day no one called me, so I called only to wait a long time for anyone to answer the phone, then to be told the machine is broken. I would have to come back later. Again, no apologies for this major inconvenience as I'm traveling and can't come back. Let me also say I paid $63 for this service. At this point I asked to cancel the order, but they didn't know how to help me with this, and didn't seem interested in helping. So of course I became frustrated and after 20 minutes on hold with CVS finally got to a customer service agent who cancelled my order. Needless to say, that was the last time I order with CVS photo, and will instead purchase with a competitor. As a business owner myself I can say the entire experience would have been different if only someone had smiled, told me "sorry" and offered something in return. I get it that machines can break and what ever else, but it's how you treat the paying customers - that's what matters. I would suggest better training here.
