CVS WANTS TO SELL. I should not be tricked to buying a RX not on my list that CVS has on auto renew. Rx’s that are for Covid and antibiotics should not be on auto renew. They are not on my CVS auto renew list. So why are these tin pots calling me to pick the up!

I must express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service encountered at this pharmacy. Despite having lodged multiple complaints to the corporate office on three occasions, the issues persist. The pharmacists have, on numerous instances, provided misleading information over the telephone regarding the availability of medications, seemingly influenced by presumptions about affordability. This particularly affected me with an expensive medication that is not covered by insurance, where a perplexing and unnecessary delay in processing the prescription was experienced, seemingly aimed at discouraging the fulfillment of the order.
This situation, in my view, reflects a broader issue of accountability within the establishment. Attempts to escalate concerns to a manager only exacerbate the problem, as it often results in defensive behavior from the staff. This problem is further compounded by the unreliability of CVS's systems. In sum, the service level falls significantly short of acceptable standards, indicative of a larger systemic issue within the pharmacy.

I wish I never switched my insurance and I could’ve stayed with the Publix pharmacy. The pharmacy at this CVS is horrible!! I’ve had nothing but problems since I transferred my prescriptions here. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Every time I call I’m put on hold for 20+ minutes. I don’t know what the issue is but it needs to be resolved ASAP or this pharmacy needs to be closed down at this point because they are obviously not capable of fulfilling their customers prescription needs.

One of the managers in the photo sections on 12/20/23 at 4:45pm is a fat sloppy old rude guy. Waited in line to ask about passport photos all he had to say was “we aren’t doing those right now” offered no solution. He should lose his job. I will never visit this location again. The Walgreens across the street was awesome and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. Wait lines are endless and they never resolve the issues I have. If it wasn’t that my insurance has me locked to this god awful place, I would have taken my medications elsewhere.

There is no pharmacy in this CVS, it only serves to buy stupid things. If you, sir, are coming out of the Baptist Hospital emergency room, which is on the corner of this CVS, please don't come, don't lose your trip and avoid the hassle of having to come to this place that calls itself “Pharmacy”.

I had to switch from Walgreens to Cvs for my Insurance, worse decision. The staff’s pharmacy is rude and never try to help you, and don’t trust in the schedule that is in the web because they just open when they want, I asked for a medicine very urgent and just for 10 minutes they just gave a rude answerCommon what we need most in this day is Empathy
