Please avoid this pharmacy, “Eddie” whom claims to be The pharmacist is incredibly rude and extremely despot. This “pharmacist” is in no way helpful or has true care for the patients care. He is non compliant with his duty requests and fails to provide customer service to providers or patients. I will not return to this pharmacy as I do not feel comfortable or cared for due to this employee.CVS, I TRULY ENCOURAGE YOU TO TERMINATE EDDIE. HE IS NOT DESERVING OF THIS POSITION AND IS DAUNTING AWAY EVERY CUSTOMER OF YOURS. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS EMPLOYEE IS DEALING WITH MOSTLY ILL PATIENTS AND HIS TREATMENT IS JUST BEYOND DISTASTEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I live right by, I mostly go to use the ATM because most of the people working on the registers have an attitude, like they don’t want to answer questions or do anything that’s over the bare minimum. I’ll go to Wawa or Walgreens instead and I’ll use my extra care program at another location.

I'm a regular customer at this pharmacy and I've never had a problem with help or service,I have notice that most of the people that come for there prescription all have attitude problems.

I entered the store with my pregnant wife, she was speaking with the gentlemen at the register when a manager by the name of EDDIE very rudely jumped in the conversation. He wanted to argue with her over the incorrect information HE provided to her over the phone. We decided to leave and just try another pharmacy, as I left I uttered something under my breath at which point EDDIE Said "what the f*** did you say". EDDIE is the type of "man" that will verbally assault a pregnant woman and that is who cvs appointed as their pharmacy manager. Worst experience of my life .

I am utterly dismayed by the consistent poor service at the CVS located at 24799 SW 112th Ave, Homestead, FL 33032. Despite multiple visits (five, to be exact), each experience has been progressively worse, pushing me to write this review. The staff's attitude is beyond rude; it borders on outright disrespect. They seem to have no interest in assisting customers or acknowledging their presence. On several occasions, I found them to be blatantly uncooperative, showing a total disregard for customer needs, especially when it comes to prescription refills.Their lazy approach to service is not just infuriating but also deeply concerning. I witnessed staff members who appeared ignorant of basic pharmacy operations, leading to unnecessary delays and errors. This lack of competence and professionalism is alarming, especially in a healthcare setting where precision and attentiveness are critical.I am appalled by the level of indifference shown by the staff at this CVS. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with such a lack of care and efficiency. The management needs to address these serious issues immediately to prevent further erosion of trust and reliability in their services. This location has left me frustrated and angry, and I am now compelled to take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this CVS unless significant improvements are made.

Got a text saying my Rx was ready at1:20. Got to CVS at 1:29 (on my way to the airport to fly internationally). They told me it was too late. Eddy told me he’s in charge and they refused to help me pick up a Rx that I owe no money for. Thanks CVS. I won’t forget this. Customer service is dead there.

They put on the door and posters of free vaccines, you arrive and they charge you... $35 for a vaccine...they should specify what they charge or have hidden charges, that is false advertising..

If I could give them a zero I would, the pharmacy staff is rude, I spoke with 3 different rude people in their pharmacy. Not only are they rude but they lie, I spent all day playing phone tag with them to get my medication it's now 7:17 and they still claim they don't have my prescription when I have confirmed that my doctor has sent it twice! They have no compassion not care about they patients they deal with....

Terrible service, I went to buy a gas bullet, they charged me and told me they were going to send me the gas bullet, I was waiting for 10 minutes and they did not give me the service, I went in to ask for help and to know the reason why they left me waiting I didn't ask the name but a very thin and young worker told me because she was buying her lunch items at 5:00 pm, a very basic excuse... I told her that if they charged me the logical thing was to give me a good deal. service, her response was when CVS hires more workers then we will provide better service, wow I don't think that woman defends the interests of CVS... I hope for better service the next time I visit that location, if I go ????????

The pharmacist supervisor is very rude. They lost my license I've called back since they told me we had to wait for maintenance to come and check the vacuum tube from the drive thru. Never got a call I called 3 days later the pharmacy supervisor answer the phone. I asked about my prescription. Also, I asked about my license. He stated that the license was never stuck there. I asked him if the girls stayed with my license he question me what for I told him this is the first time my license ever get stuck or get lost at a pharmacist, and he stated basically that that's a my problem, hung up the phone me. CVS needs to do something with the asswhole they hair.

If I could rate with a 0 star I would! The pharmacy manager named "Eddie" is the most rude person I've ever seen in my life. Mind you, I've been treated bad in other places but not to this point where he makes you feel like you are nobody and he is the "PHARMACIST" with authority. Long story short: 1. I called he answered and instantly with no servicing attitude. My order had been ready and I never received a call, email, text nor did it show online. I needed a really strong pain killer medicine and is the reason I called right before they closed 30 minutes. He even said to hold on because he had another customer there - like really? And I wasn't before the customer? Super rude! 2. As I'm getting ready to head over quickly, I then asked him about a prescription that it was for my daughter that was sent to them since 8/25/23 and he said to give the name of the prescription. I was in shock! I answered of course my mind running at 100 miles per hour with a strong med in my body (I had just left a few hours from the hospital) and simply because I said "you guys don't want to f*** work" he hung up the call. I still keep getting ready as I live down the street. I called again and he said that he was going to cancel my prescriptions because of profanity words. I told him that's fine but I was heading over to get an explanation for my daughter's med that was missing one from all three. 3. Well? How about CVS learns and reads other reviews which is an ongoing "authoritarian" attitude towards patients. The way he speaks and treats patients who are in need of meds is very concerning and alarming especially 20 minutes from them closing meant I was going to be in pain all night again (and end up at the hospital again). 4. I arrive there and no where to be found the prescription for my daughter. He was giving attitude once again and then approached when I asked because I wasn't going to be screaming and he said that CVS policies blah blah blah! I was so sarcastic the whole time because what else can I do? Then he never said over the phone for my pain killer I needed and ID (I had left at home since I wasn't driving). He never cancelled my order and was just acting like I'm The Owner of CVS Pharmacy. He in fact was denying assistance to a patient and I don't think that's lawful by the government - even if a patient is rude! I'm a patient not a customer!!!!!! 5. I get home eventually with my meds after all that back and forth except my daughters (which the urgent care has prove they accepted it electronically). I go online to the store reviews and I'm in chock how no one has been more vocal about this person to be fired!!! Eddie is always giving attitude to everyone apparently, they are constantly denying they receive prescriptions when in fact they did. Lesson learned! Taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy line is always ridiculously long, both inside the store and the drive through. And most of the staff are slow and inefficient.

I called this store because my normal pharmacy told me that this store on 248 and 112th had my med in stock. The so called pharmacist Eddie picked up and I can’t believe how disgusting rude he was as soon as I said what my med was he said I don’t have it. I asked can you please check because my home store said you have it and he said I already told you I don’t have it. I’ve never dealt with a pharmacist being so rude, disgusting and disrespectful. I can only imagine how he treats the elderly.. He needs to be reprimanded and humble himself. Maybe if he is left without a job he will get off his high horse that’s no way to treat patients.
