This branch in homestead takes 45 to one hour to answer they live you In Hold that long every time

Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the service I received from Mrs. Martha Brech at the Homestead Branch of DCFCU earlier this week. She went above the call of duty to help me with some complicated documents, even being willing to go online to help me find some information I needed and to print out some documents that I only had digital copies of because I was having printer issues at home. Both her professional expertise and people skills were off the charts! I would not hesitate to recommend doing business at the Homestead DCFCU branch based on the service I received from this lovely lady. 😊🙏

TREATED ME LIKE I WAS TRYING TO SCAM them with a check written out to me by one of their members. I provide all the ID information rewired and they called the member who verified that they wrote me a 1k check. They then stated that the member couldn't remember the check number and the member date looked like it was altered even after speaking directly to the member. I even advised them that the same member wrote a check out to me last month for 2k but the ASSISTANT MANAGER did not car. She just continued making excuses as to why they couldn't cash a valid check. I truly believe they were racially profiling . I will never return to this location.
