I stopped by Dollar General to pick up a DoorDash order, and honestly, the experience wasn’t great. I asked Viliana where a product was located, and she wasn’t very helpful — came off kind of rude and dismissive. I understand everyone has off days, but a little more patience and kindness would’ve gone a long way, especially when I’m just trying to do my job.

They are rude and closes store early mostly every night I’m a loyalty customer and this been going on for awhile I got there at 950 the store was close the lady in photo had store close early and the store is dirty and bathroom

I went in yesterday and stood in line for about 45 mins the lady at the register I was at was helping someone with coupons which is not a problem, what was an issue is the women Gladys who works there she decided to specifically call the customers who had just got there before me and helped them everytime someone new got in line she helped them, idk if it’s a race issue or what but that is very disrespectful I’m an influencer with over 100k alone viewers I have the video showing what she did , but that was way out of line , idk what happen to customer service and being that I work in customer service and myself try my best to treat every guest fairly she was definitely unjust

The store is closing before hours the employees turn lights off while you at the door and when you leave they turn the light back on the phone line is off and the employees affirm that the store manager is the one allowing them to close before hours

1497 NE 8th St, Homestead, FL 33033 Dollar General employee cashier front desk evening hours second time seeing this employee speaking sarcastic with females and looking with a start a problem face. Not sure if it's a she but to me looks like he. No judgment but check your employee.

I had a terrible experience in this store #19071The cashier there was really rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t give me her name ! I do have her cashier number available 9446She has short black hair . On the heavier side . I think she wears glasses. I’m not sure . Either way , she should know how to speak to paying customers. Also shouldn’t be showing favoritism towards customers, whom she believes who are regulars .
