Here’s a suggestion: order your shoes online and pick up at the store because this store NEVER has the most common sizes.

They have the wort customer service that I had in my life. I bought some Jordan’s and they didn’t want to give me a return and the guy start laughing. I have a dispute with corporate and still waiting for response . Don’t recommend this store in particular to nobody. Also the female manager their is a disaster she didn’t even knew how to respond to my Question about the policy return. Also they don’t let you try the retro shoes so how would you know if they fit? Went inside the store this Sunday and no one offered to help my daughter and I. There was this random young lady walking around and I have no clue what she was doing. I guess the only way to get service is to be dressed a certain way. Shouldn't judge..bc they missed out on a sale.

I have 4 kids that are always macked out cause of this place! Staff is amazing and interactive, manager is super fresh aswell!! If you are looking for great prices and want a bang for your buck DTLR is the place! Highly recommend this place!
