Issac is rude unprofessional with poor customer service who has the gulls to yell at customers belittling them..He needs to be retrained or take anger management classes and get some Jesus in his lifeIf you rent a car here it would be better to deal with Andrew who is polite, respectful and more professional towards customers.Thank you Andrew you rock!!

I enjoyed my experience with Enterprise and the vehicle I rented. Andrew assisted me with my pick up and drop off. Didn’t spend more than 30 minutes at the location both times. Quick, simple, and I was out the door. Will definitely rent from this location again when I need to rent a vehicle.

I rented a vehicle for 7 days from them for my wedding. I was extremely happy with the car. It comes clean, smelling good and was working amazing the entire time . Andrew was so amazing. Thank u for your professionalism.

Thank you to Mike and Andrew for their stellar service and keeping the rental process smooth and simple. I highly recommend this branch if you're renting out of Homestead or visiting the Keys (in my case). They have a parking lot in the back for fleet cars and parking is readily available in front of the shopping center if someone is dropping you off.

This place is a joke. Staff is rude, customer service is non existent and they’re all about scamming you to get a few extra bucks then they want to get slick with me over the phone. Michael Guerrero is a manager in training and he is the one that didn’t care to hear what I had to say, still haven’t gotten my deposit back and all he had to say is we got our money so do what you need to do. Get a new job bucko. I will be calling you superior.

Heavy set guy is very rude. Not sure of his name. Had a family emergency and was twenty minutes late to pickup rental. This man refused to open the door and preceded to yell at me. Was not asking to pick up the car late as I understood they were closed. Simply wanted to verify if I could still pick up the car the next day. Again, I understand they were closed but there was no reason for the harsh treatment.

0 STARS!!Rented a car at the Homestead Florida location(33521 S Dixie Hwy) and the car was disgusting dirty and had a terrible smell. We tried to exchange it at every location but they kept telling us to go where we initially got it but that location kept telling us they had no other cars available.Well 2-3 days into having that car, we got COVID, 3 of us who sat inside that car and I definitely say we got it in that disgusting car. To make matters worst, my mother passed away from getting COVID! I will NEVER rent a car from this dirty company!

Title: Terrible Experience with Enterprise Rental Car Employee Andrew at Florida CityReview:I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with an Enterprise Rental Car worker Andrew, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing encounters I have ever had. From the moment I stepped into the rental office, it was evident that this particular employee lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism.First and foremost, the employee displayed a complete lack of knowledge about the rental process. Andrew didn’t even greet me as I enter I sat down waiting for his assistance he never said anything after 30min another customer came through door he said hello how May I help you I had to say excuse me what about me and he still didn’t serve me he told Michael as he was walking back in to help me and I’m going to get this lady and still no car was ready had reservations for 8am didn’t get a vehicle until 9:06am and Michael was a great about explaining the wait while I sat and watch him go out back try to make phone calls and everything for vehicles while Andrew just sat with poor customer service skills and he was very rude to a young lady while I was waiting he’s not a good face for ENTERPRISE while I was sitting waiting Andrew came over adding insult to injury with a nasty attitude with a clip board saying whats your name I gave him my name and had to repeat my reservation details several times, only to be met with a confused expression and a constant back-and-forth between the computer and the paperwork. It was clear that Andrew was ill-prepared and poorly trained for their role. I thank you all at Enterprise for having a worker like Michael because if it wasn’t for him I still think I would have been waiting with the 5 others that was there while Andrew sat in his butt and did nothingFurthermore, Andrew demonstrated a dismissive and indifferent attitude throughout the entire transaction. Any questions I had were met with sighs and eye rolls, as if my inquiries were a burden to them. It is extremely frustrating and disheartening to be treated with such disrespect as a paying customer.Overall, my experience with this Enterprise Rental Car employee Andrew was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. His lack of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service skills made the entire process an unpleasant one. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this particular individual when renting a car from Enterprise. It is a shame that such individual are allowed to represent a reputable company like Enterprise and tarnish its otherwise good reputation.I sincerely hope that Enterprise takes my feedback seriously and addresses the issues with this employee Andrew, as his behavior reflects poorly on the company as a whole.Just want to say to Michael from the Florida City location it was a pleasure job well done great customer service skills and Andrew you need to find another job in something you good at because the representation of Enterprise is not your calling also since you told me that when I call cooperate they just gone send you the message and that’s all gone happen because you are manager of this branch I just thought I would let everyone know by leaving this feedback because something need to be done with your poor service and customer service skills just down right horrible

Ordered car online and they did not have it at store. Communication between online and store. Do not match. Employees are overwhelmed, overworked and stressed and they become rude due to company not fulfilling there end. .. horrible rental company!

great team here down south. After dealing with other Enterprise's I will not go to another one but this one. great team very welcoming feeling as soon as I walk in. Andrew is always a help when I go.
