Not sure what the point is in having 8nself checkouts and stillllll have to wait to be checked out....just open the regular register at this point....then at the end they like to select ALWAYS select GREAT as your store experience...customers don't get to make that choice at all. This is a associate doing so.

Went in to grab a few items and was in a rush. Self checkout working but was told they had to check me out . Only 1 cashier checking out everyone. Seriously what's the point . The 2 people in front of me had carts full of stuff . Left the cart went to target and checked out before the other made it out of the store . Super unhappy FIVE BELOW DO BETTER

The store is good but when I went this last time was only one employee by herself , three teenagers doing a mess in the back ... they should have a security person there if they will keep just a few people working in the store.. I didn't but anything this time .... feeling uncomfortable for me and the girl working there ....

The items are varied and have quality. The store is very organized and the cashiers are fast and very friendly.

I didn't like the check out system. They have a register but they don't let the cashiers use it.

Some good stuff, especially with electronics, the headphones and various other items that are very cheap price. Not the best of stuff but more than workable

One of the workers had to check my bags because I had went back to purchase something more while I was with friends so they thought I was stealing so I showed my receipts and they proceeded to follow me around the store when I clearly payed for everything.this store racially profiled me because I am Mexican and I look Mexican the workers also gave me dirty looks while I purchased more things.
