Honestly, I'm extremely surprised with the amazing service of the employees of this Gamestop. I am genuinely so shocked. I only come here for gift cards, and I usually come out with a smile. I'd prefer not to name anyone specifically because all the employees I've had the pleasure of talking to have done nothing but be extremely helpful and understanding, demonstrate witty and approachable behavior, become a beacon of knowledge, and just overall emit insightful and helpful vibes when you enter. I'm infatuated with the staff here, as the short conversations I have with them are thrilling, fun, and lighthearted. When it comes to a gaming store, the only things that matter are the selection of games, the quantity of products, and good employees. With my nearly 3 years of visiting the location, I can safely deduce that this Gamestop meets every point just listed. Good work!

I wanted to purchase a backbone for my iPhone and the lady working there didn’t even give me a chance to look at the item, I wanted to look at the features displayed on the box and she had a super tight grip?
She automatically thought I was gonna steal the item which made me uncomfortable so I rejected to the purchase and bought the item elsewhere.
Never going here again. That was a low blow.
