The store is great...when and if it ever opens. Everytime i go past noon, its locked despite the hours showing it should be open and someone inside on their phone. Maybe its just the days i go. I go tuesdays and fridays normally.

I had the most condescending experience with Keith, I asked him the difference between two products he said, “Ones a pill and one you can drink” When I told him the products were different, trying to be more clear he didn’t back down from his answer. I said “okay” and Keith walked away and proceeding to mumble under his breath. When I said “what’s up?” The dude raised his voice said he was talking to himself. I’m a 4’11 female, trust me there’s no reason to get confrontational nor act like that. When I showed him the product on the GNC app in pill form, to actually show him the difference he still told me there’s no difference.All I needed was to know the difference, shout out to Google cause I found the answer I was looking for on there.I get it, working in sales sucks but it doesn’t mean you have to be unprofessional.

This isn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time I've received POOR customer service at this location. Reason for my visits was to pick up an Amazon package, the old spanish lady in the back was on a cell call, seemed very bothered that I was there. She asked me rudely what my name was. She was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRUPT with her communication with me. I asked her why are you treating me like this? What is the attitude about? She rolled her eyes and continued looking for my name on a list that she was "confused" about. I've also had a couple of useless visits with I believe the manager, short muscular woman who seems to not have any knowledge on products or treatment of customers. If you do not want to work or perform your position, stay home. Simple as that. Sincerely, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED EX-CUSTOMER.

I will preface this by warning anyone traveling the area against using this store as an Amazon pickup location. I went to pick up my order last night, and due to an accident blocking the road, arrived at 9:02. The lights were on, but the door was locked. While I understand they close at 9, the woman closing the store was extremely unprofessional.I knocked on the door, and she looked at me and shook her head, then looked back down to (I assume) continue closing out the register. I tried to shout through the window that I was only there to pick up a package, and she looked up, shook her head again, and appeared to point to signal for me to go away. I knocked once more, and she proceeded to go to the back and turn off all the lights.Once again, I understand the register and systems to process a customer were closed, but it shouldn't be an issue to hand someone an Amazon package and lock the door again. Being a pickup location for the largest retailer in the world, in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, this behavior doesn't leave me too reassured about the quality of service that employee could provide for GNC's own products and services.

I went to the store around 1415-1430. The lady was not helpful at all. Questions asked was received with attitude. No customer service at all. I bothered my being at the store. Aspect of the store, she was stocking products. My apologies for disturbing her work flow. Truly bad experience.
