Went there my very first time to get a gel manicure and was surprisingly surprised by hubby to do it all. And I did and the girl who attended to me was phenomenal and left me very happy and sorry I didn't get your name. But I'll be seeing you soon.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Came in for dip and pedicure. I don’t know if the girl was new but it took her almost 30 minutes just to wrap my nails to remove the gel.
The pedicure was horrible. Took an hour and she kept adding acetone in the polish to thin it out which is a huge no no(I am a cosmetologist).
By the time we finished I was there almost 2 hours and did not have time to do my hands. They charged me $40 to leave like this?! I left no tip and will not be back. The spa is also filthy. Dust and dirt everywhere. Everything cluttered. I should have turned around and left when I walked in.

My nails came out horrible, I now have to spend more money to get them fixed. I usually go to another place in Doral but I was in a bit of a rush. The nail tech was nice but she did not do a good job on my nails. I regret stopping in the place.
