Horrible service! Stephanie was not being helpful when I had politely asked to rush the order because of an emergency that had popped up. I do not recommend shopping there on the evening shift. Stephanie even had antagonized another customer to yell profanities, all while in presence of an elder aunt. It’s unbelieveable how disrespectful that experience was.

I shop in this store VERY often, never had a major issue. However this one time while rushing I purchased a two piece pants set not realizing I grabbed the smaller top until days later when I was going to wear it. I rushed over to the store and was told no exchanges without the receipt in which I didn’t have since I had no intention on returning unknowingly of the wrong size…. So here I am stuck with an item that I can’t fit and can’t do nothing about it smh money lost! Since they ask for a phone number I would think they would have access to that purchase. This to me is poor customer service especially just wanting to change the size that’s beyond crazy to me!!! I will NO LONGER spend my money here I don’t care how much I like their clothes Today should me they do NOT CARE about me as a customer once they have my money!

The place is good but very bad customer service. I just went to that store and I didn't buy anything. Those people lack professionalism. They think they are the owners of the store. The women who work there were in the Homestead store.
