We rented a RV there and met very nice people (Samantha &Troy). They provided good support to explain the vehicule. We were treated fair when returning the car. Always remembering them with a smile, makes me happy as well. ??

I had a very negative experience returning my Cruise America rental at this company. Maria reacted very unprofessional, in fact unacceptably rude, to my comments on the quality of the RV and the closure of the bill. She refused to pay or even seriously consider the relative small amount of money spent by me for missing essential inventory, that was pre-authorized by the pick-up location. She also charged me for late arrival despite the arrival was only 2 minutes late, caused primarily by wrong information on the location of a propane filling station on the CA website and also the cue of CA RVs at the filling station. My initial arrival was well in time as agreed by phone the previous day with site manager Mr. Troy Ehrman. I am now waiting for a refund payment and satisfactory apologies from the CA head office and my travel agency (which did the CA booking for me).The RV in question was by the way old and in questionable condition and had some issues luckily not affecting its drivability. The CA policy of a one way charge of 600 USD seemed well out of proportion for a vehicle in such bad shape and with a Florida license plate. The total experience with this rental, the quality of staff and the CA offices did not meet the expectations and was not in line with previous occasions.Jan Schutten (NL)

The place is renting out Cruise America RVs at shamelessly exaggerated rates. Don't be surprised if the motorhome you payed thousands of dollars for looks like it's got twenty years on it's back and doesn't even keep out the rain.

I had such an amazing experience and a huge THANK YOU to Maria for making my first RV rental a walk in the park . She took her time and explained everything to me from the rental agreement to working the RV meanwhile having a couple laughs, Max Motors is the place to go and don’t forget to ask for MARIA she is truly the best at what she does
