The best attention I receive in this store, it is the second time I have problems with my phone number, I look for help in other stores and the terrible attention, in customer service they only know how to put a ticket and they do not solve my problem, this time I was attended by Sheila, very good attention and concern for the users!!

My phone screen died New Year's Eve, luckily this store was open and well staffed and managed on New Year's Day. Associate Ms Kenny showed me the best options for a replacement and had me up and running in no time. Saved my day. I was able to continue with business family matters with little to no interruptions. Thanks guys great job! Love my new phone also!

You got some T-Mobile Metro corporate was very decent I was very comfortable the god did help me out but the phone protector case what I have Motorola one they had it I guess they're more upgraded than downgrading I recommend it two stars they need to work on their customer service

This store used to be trash! Slow, lazy workers that would take forever "helping" the customers. You would be in line for 3 hours just to pay your bill.But today we had a good experience the service was fast and very helpful. We got a new phones activated and upgrade to family plan within a few minutes. I wish I remember the employee's name, she was very good!

Went to Metro T-Mobile today because LG phones are having issues . I was told that it is an LG phone issue and there was nothing T-Mobile can do . I am not buying a new phone because there will be new phones coming out that will make present phone obsolete .
