Great customer service! I was attended by Lidia, she was not only knowledgeable about the products but she was extremely helpful! Going above and beyond to provide my son with a new phone that met his needs.
We left very happy with the service provided to us , & our new phone and accessories!

Hi just bought a new phone so I took it up to Metro PCS and I been with them for over 4 years so I told the lady to transfer everything from one phone to the other and for some reason she couldn't do it so I deleted some stuff from the old phone and she still couldn't do so I told her don't worry about it I will do it manually she said OK and I said just transfer my number to the new phone she said OK so I paid and left so when I got home I w a s trying to make a call it was not on and this is a new phone and this w a s in Homestead ,Fl and tan I tried to call them the phone number did work and I got the number from the receipt I Will Never Go Back To That One one the ladies don't know what she's doing.

very clean, good people who always greet me at the store! i remember consuleo is one of the workers who never fails and always helps me out! as well as the other employees. they have a lot of patience. good metro store to come into for either payments or buying a phone or even an acessory.

Called to ask a question and the guy told me to call him back in 10 minutes he's with a customer. My question was a yes or no question but because I have to call back, I would rather call and do business with cricket mobile even though I have Metro PCS smh
