Well I haven't been to nail Trix in a long time decided to go today and I will never go back again.Why do two i was overtcharged by owner i didn't get no designs. I basically got a refill on my nails. I was missing about five nails and did my eyebrows and my feet, and I was literally overcharged. So it's not the price that they have on the wall. They overcharge whatever they want to charge, and they ask the people how much so I'm sorry, I think that it is not worth going there. Especially if you don't get no designs only vanillpolish on your nails and just to get a couple Nail put on and to be over price.I don't think so not worth it and the ladies that work there decide who they want to do the nails and who they don't want to attend. There was only one young lady that was very nice and she did my nails because other people did not want to do my nails

I have been a client of this place for more than 3 years and the work they do is very good but the attitude of some of the workers is not correct. I had a bad experience regarding the treatment towards me and a friend. After 6:25 pm there was no one to assist me with my acrylic nails and I understood that there was no staff but I did not like it when some of those workers began to complain that they would not assist me because it was late but they did not tell me but instead they spoke out loud complaining and that made me feel uncomfortable and very bad. Also, they rushed the work on my friend and you can see how bad her nails were. They should call attention to that because with that attitude unfortunately customers leave.

DO NOT COME To this place. My nails were polished with old nail polish, it never dried. I came home 3 hours later it was still not dried. I had to remove the entire mani and pedi. I called the salon and was treated as a liar. The lady said “what do you want me to do”. She had mentioned when she was polishing that the polish was bad. Total disregard for my money spend. I went to request my refund, the insulted me and threw me out of the store. I am filing a BB complaint.

THE WORST nail salon, idkif they are professionals because this is NOT OKAY my sister always goes here but after this last time NEVER AGAIN , they cut all of my sisters cuticles ….. & didn’t even bother saying sorry or even cleaning up the blood….. & now after a couple days look how ugly & clumpy the nails look….WORST NAIL SALON .

The nail tech was starting a mani and I noticed the cuticle cutters were dirty. Very evident that there was someone rises dead skin on the instrument. I took hand away and told her they were dirty and she kept tying to scrape off old polished and dead skin with her nail but turning it as if I couldn’t see. So asked if she didn’t see the skin and she replied “ Obviously, ok not blind”. I got up and left

I had 7 nails break in less than a week and a half of getting dip powder. Low quality products = unsatisfied customers and bad reviews! Waste of TIME and $.

I’ve been coming to this place since I was 15, and never had an issue up until now. Never again am I coming to this place, my toenail got infected from a gel pedicure while removing an ingrown nail. And I witnessed another red flag while there, the same nail filer that was used on my feet was passed on to the next nail tech for another customer without any sanitizing. Save your time and money and go to a different salon. Very unsanitary!!!Service: Pedicure
