I can no longer buy jeans for my 11 year old daughter from old navy. Im not sure what's going on,but all the jeans & jeggings have a long crouch area. It looks so horrendous on girls. Its like they are making them to be unisex which is ridiculous. Girl doesn't have boy parts. Get it together old navy

No idea what her name is because is not in the receipt but she had dark hair, glasses, skinny, seemed very young, I guess that explains her inexperience and bad customer service. I just experienced a very uncomfortable moment for no reason. One gentleman was paying and I was probably 3 feet away from him to his right waiting for my turn, felt like 3 minutes waiting. He is done paying and I think is my turn but apparently NO because another lady came running through the left side and just started paying, I tell the cashier I was there first and she said the line starts at the left side, mind you, she saw me waiting and she saw me on the right/wrong side but decided to tend to the lady first that had just arrived practically because I was on the right side and not the left side where the line starts. The store was empty! She could've just helped me and then help the other lady that had not been waiting in line already like I was.

Well as promised to the staff at old navy.here’s my experience my son and I got into to the store last night around 8:30 the close at 9 pm so we went in for some school pants witch I ask for more since there was only one on his size and they told me that was all they have judging by her look she was ready to go home I mean on less she work with her purse on her arm but anyway the rack where the pants are has a 20%off so I went to pay the one pant that they have so if your son is size 8 no need to go there there are out stock so I did my math and 19.99 - 20% is 15.99 so the cashier said it was $21.39 I ask about the 20% off and she said no as we walk to the spot were they are and she asked the lady with the purse about it so I went back to the register while she stayed talk so my answer was that the discount was for the top shelf only not the others under I replied that the sing doesn’t specify that and she said well that’s how it is are you taking it or not I said wait let me understand and I pointed a different rack and ask so the sing is on the top shelf and there’s 4 more shelves under if I grab an item from anywhere else is no going to get the 20%off she said no didn’t I just explained that to you with and actitud so I told her to charge me as I walked to the shelf and go a shirt two shelves under the one with the sing and after paying for the pant I asked her to scanned me the item and the review was going to depend on it she said you can do whatever you want as she scanned it and said oh look this one those are 20%off so I told her you see what I mean she said well is how I said take it or leave it so old navy I leave you this well explain review…

Assortment Good prices, don't forget that it's Old Navy and quality clothing and not leftovers from other stores or garages. If I want another brand and less quality clothing, I'll go to other stores since there are many, but Old Navy in color and quality. a lot and about the staff boy to buy not to socialize .. thank you for your services

Overall, I found the staff to be very kind. My husband presented his veteran ID card, and the cashier kind of forgot to give him the discount but quickly corrected herself while talking to her colleague and giving us the receipt…then I paused and I said to her: “And this is when you say??….THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.” PS to the young lady: Good manners go a long way.

Line to checkout is always 15-20 minute minimum wait time. The women at the register either have an attitude like they don’t wanna work or they don’t know what the hell they’re doing.
