I’ve been going to see Mulan for a year now and I’ve never been so consistently happy with my nails before. She’s absolutely AMAZING and is great at making sure to give you what you want. And for pedicures I always schedule with Ana, she’s fantastic. Everyone at this salon is so sweet and welcoming. I legitimately recommend this place to everyone that I possible can 🖤

Mulan and Ana are the best! Mulan made sure my almond nails weren’t chunky and shaped beautifully! Ana pampered my feet and gave them a lot of love, didn’t leave them chunky and did great work! 10/10!

Best Nails Shop in Miami been going there for over 15 years I drive from Hialeah, LUCKY is the best nail tech hands down… & Kim, Nia, & all of them are great too, I wouldn’t trade them for nothing in the world….

I have been visiting this place for many years.But it goes from bad to worse.Lucky is pedantic and rude which hurts that """"Nia""" doesn't realize that this hurts her business. Lucky serves whoever she wants and is very rudeLety a love. It's a shame he's no longer thereAurora was super friendly but yesterday I did my nails and at night I was already releasing the color...they should update those old and expired nail polishes. Because one pays for something that is worth it.

Optima Lite Nails 1861 Ne Eighth St Homestead Fl 33033 I went for a gel polish change on my feet only. $25 cool so i added a $5 tip so the total should only be $30. No receipt. Once i walked out the door my card got charge $36 a extra $6. For what??! i called them 2 mins after i left for them to tell me they don't know what i'm talking about. So i explain how they charge a extra $6. They were playing dumb talking about they charge $30. So i went back and show them my bank account. They were saying oh they don't know to contact my bank. They printed out a receipt when I was there me realizing the last four of the card wasn't the last 4 of my card on that receipt. So me saying that's not my card they were saying oh you sure you didn't use a different card after i even proof them showing the card number in my account and the transaction. Alexis the lady that was at the front desk the one that charge me in the first place kept getting a attitude and didn't wanna fix the situation . She wanted to charge my card $1 to make sure it's not a different card that shows.. Lol dumb right? She told me she couldn't help me to contact my bank. When you call you're bank they tell you to contact the merchant that charges you're card, she kept over talking me and being very rude. These people here are scammers and think customers won't notice . Very unprofessional, highly not recommend this nail place to anyone. My first time trying them and this will be my last. EVERYONE who goes here please be aware to check your bank account they overcharge!

This was my first time here and was a horrible experience. Tech calls herself Lucky is rude condescending and dirty. She didn’t even ask me to wash my hands once. She was watching a show while doing my nails and didn’t finish and got another tech to finish for her. I came in for a refill and she was taking off my nails to force me to get full set. She overcharged me out of spite because I didn’t want to pay for a full set. I will never go back there again!!!! BTW my friend got fungus in her nail there because they are so dirty. First time here and the nail tech name Lucky did exactly what I wanted. I loved the service and Thany provided me a good pedicure. I will definitely go back to them.
