The pharmacy has a very slow process for delivering medications. You call and they tell you you can come the next day, and when I arrive, they make me wait 30 minutes longer.
It's always like this; you have to go to the pharmacy several times to get the medications. Time is important for everyone.
And I've only seen this procedure at this location.
The staff is friendly.
Evaluate this process; it's not efficient.

Be patient people. They are just busy. The pharmaceutical world is beyond busy nowadays. I was able to immediately sense that the person who picked up the phone seemed in a rush so I slowed down and made it nice for both. It has always ended in good terms with me and this pharmacy. Although they can work a bit on their attitude, things aren’t always going to be as nice as we may want them to be, most specifically in a highly stressful environment.

Unacceptable service today, 25 minutes waiting for a medicine to be mix, when I called early today and it was supposed to be ready at 12pm, now it is 3:45pm and it is still not ready! By the way I call at 1:58 pm to ask again and they put me on hold and then at 2:03 pm they hung up the call, I called again and I got a voicemail that they are closed from 2pm to 3pm for lunch, very bad service

Publix use to be a great shopping place till now. Prices are extremely high. Very few organic products. BOGO's are a lot of times random products people don't normally buy and not the healthiest options. Publix also has a bad tendency of letting products expire on their shelves and the consumer like myself won't notice until I get home so now I must check every product I purchase. Also, publix does not give you the option to return products at just any publix without receipt although they use to. Very disappointed with how publix has become very greedy with their consumers. You shop anywhere else to get the same products and you'll see how much cheaper your bill will be!

Deli department sucks at this point even WalMart deli department is better or on the same level of customer service RUDE lazy always talking and making jokes with other employees and literaly waiting in line for about 20 minutes just to get a quarter pound of cheese management needs to do better or the company itself needs to stop BIENG so greedy and hire more deli people and more equipment always lazy attitude and miserable always pissed when I go to the deli why caus it never fails to have same thing occur

When you call to check on your prescription, the staff gets very rude even though you try to be polite to them and then now when you check the app they remove your prescription that was in progress. Been waiting on prescriptions almost a week and a half now and everybody has a different story.
