We was very upset with this Publix today, first there was no small shopping carts. They I went to get a box of breaded fired chicken and they had none. I was told 25 to 30 minutes I would have to wait. My wife wanted fired shrimp and no shrimp in the cold case. They need more deli people , it's just to slow because of not enough people to wait on you. They do not care about senior citizens they do not care how long you have to wait in lines for food or service.

I was a Publix Customer for over 10 years, and i am highly DISSAPOINTED after I used their ATM and it never dispensed me the money and it was taken off my bank account. I asked the managers and they place the claim, after awhile NONE ANSWERS. Then, the bank requested the refund from Publix ATM and it was declined by Publix. Then, I reached out to Corporate accounting dpt. and they figured out the money was never dispensed to me because NO TRANSACION FEE was charged and even though they kept my money and DECLINED the claim and never reimbursed my money.

Horrible customer service with their frequent shopper club program! Unbelievable poor customer service! Don't shop Publix! Shop: Winn/Dixie Trader Joe's Aldi Target Walmart...

Publix is not what it use to be. The deli where the sandwich’s are made takes at least 30 minutes or more sometimes. Only one person making subs. For dinner time rush that’s kind of crazy to have to wait in line for a half an hour or more after worki ask the deli manager and she said they have a lot of call outs. I do understand that makes it tough. But there’s gotta be a solution. I pay much higher prices to shop at Publix instead of Walmart for convenience. But now I feel there’s not much difference

Great customer service and the freshest produce, bakery and deli items. Can’t go wrong shopping here. Shopping truly is a PLEASURE!!!

They were "running behind" on the chicken, I guess it was my fault for choosing this particular Publix this time. Damn these lines are really slow, every single cashier is calling for a price check. I definitely regret coming to this one.

I have been shopping at Publix for about 30 years now. Not the same store. I have been shopping at the Publix store on US1 and Prima Vista in Port St Lucie (store#855) for about 7years now. Everyone has been really nice and helpful, especially Everyone in the pharmacy. Today, August 13th I was shopping there and was in the produce section for about 10 minutes getting what I needed there and thought I should use the restroom since it is right by there. Was gone no more than 2 minutes, because all I had to do was pee and wash my hands, and come back to find my cart gone. No workers to be found. Then a manager walks by and I tell her my cart was missing. She told me my cart was there for 15 minutes and she took it up front so someone could put everything in the cart away. She said if I wanted to I could go up front and see if the put it up yet, and then walked away. No apologies or anything like that, one of the rudest employees at Publix I have ever encountered at any Publix I have been to. So I go up to the front and I see what I think is my cart but it has more items in it and some Publix employee is pushing it. I said I think that is my cart. A couple of Publix employees where there and said the manager told them it was sitting in the produce section for over 15 minutes. I told them I left it to use the restroom and was my hands, maybe left is for 2 minutes. So they started take stuff out of the cart that they put in it that was not mine and apologized. That manager that told me I could go get my cart if I wanted to never apologized or she could have said let me help you get your cart back. Instead she was rude to me and walked away. Not sure if I want to return to that Publix ever again. I will because the pharmacy is very nice and friendly and help me and my family out alot. But to grocery shop there probably not. You might have lost a long time customer because of a manager that was rude.

I went in for a delicious sub and came out with nothing because the associates making the subs are so slow, I mean, my goodness there wasn’t a lot of people in the line so there’s no excuse why the guy was so slow. I’ve ordered subs from hundreds of other Publix is and not gonna lie. They’re pretty quick in and out no less than 10 minutes but this one I was in line for about 30 made me not wanna sub no more to the point where now I’m eating pizza. Step up your sub game Publix at Waterstone.

The publix at Lake Ella , Tallahassee I was first in line at a checkout and the employee watching the self checkout came over and told me to get out of line so she could put somebody else in front of me. I should have demanded who the Hell does she think she is.I will never shop at this racist store again

I always feel so comfortable shopping at Publix. And it's not just the savings or the great atmosphere. But the employees are always so courteously so helpful. Leo Will Make You feel like you belong. Publix is great no matter which one you visit and this one is no exception. Love my Publix.

Every time I come to this Publix something is messed up. Today I ordered my sub for a pickUp at 530 to avoid the line. I go the station it’s not there. Go to the deli and waited a good 10 mins for them to tell me it’s in the front. I looked again not there. The girl said yea it’s there but it’s in the hot area and my subs are suppose to be cold. Saying turkey is not suppose to be … really? The other last was nice and asked to help and what not. But it’s an inconvenience that you order something ahead of time not once but multiple times and it’s never correct. And if you go in person it’s literally an hour wait. Do better.

Generally a wonderful Publix, but I have two complaints: it takes a day or two to put up the weekly BOGO and sale tags, but the people are wonderful and I've never had an issue ringing up items and not getting the sale price. Secondly, the bakery refuses to slice bread. How is that ok? Am I supposed to have an industrial grade slicer at home? Imagine my chagrin at trying to thin slice fresh ciabatta on my own. The butcher ain't leaving me with 35lb primal cuts. Be better, Bakery. However, the Produce team is, far and away, the best in the store and maybe the region. Great folks!
