This store need a better customer service! And actually never try to called them their answering machine wont work ever! So ridiculous if you have an important and veru expensive order to check or consult about you have to head there and good luck

I go to this publix periodically and have always been greeted with smiling faces. The store is undergoing renovations. Also, it appears they were changing where items were.

Very clean store with a great deli. Prices do continue to go up and their meat a bit tougher. Built on a strip mall with several restaurants within walking distance. Right across from Baptist hospital in Homestead.

Shame! Jose the Meat Manager very unhelpful. I asked him to help me locate the cut of meat I needed and with a spurt of anger showed me where it was, I thanked him and no respond from him. It was the weekend, I think he did not want to be there. Then he saw me baffled looking for something else and did not approach me to help to help me.

It was almost closing time but the store was semi busy. Very well stocked and very clean. Shopping was a pleasure! :)

I never had a negative experience in any Publix or this location until today.
The Western Union was down (not their fault). Before making a 2nd trip, I called the location. The person who answered was not bilingual. After the 3rd try of not getting a simple answer, I left my house and that's ridiculous.
Spoke with Jose ( he was no help).
Told him I will write a review. He said what do you want me to do? I said nothing and walked out.
Please have the person answering the phone to be bilingual.
