I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this gas station. I was holding my small dog in my arms when a rude woman approached me and said that dogs are not allowed inside because of the food on the grill. I calmly informed her that my dog is a service animal. Instead of listening or showing any respect, she very rudely replied, “Well, real service dogs wear belts.”
I told her that while my dog wasn’t wearing a vest at the time, I could show her the certification if needed. She sarcastically responded that dogs still weren’t allowed, completely dismissing everything I said in the most disrespectful way.
There was no sign at the entrance saying dogs weren’t allowed, and even if there had been, her attitude was completely unacceptable — especially when speaking to someone with a service animal. It makes me wonder how they treat people with special needs in general if this is their standard of customer service. This experience left a really bad impression, and I hope management addresses this lack of training and professionalism.

Every single drink in the coolers was warm, like WHY. And why do they have the candy right next to checkout? What an awkward arrangement. You're trying to look at candy to buy and you need to bother people in line trying to pay so you can look at the selection.

Fuel pumps never has paper to print receipts. I think, is their strategy to bring customers to the shop. Both Racetrack in Homestead do the same.

Stopped off after work early Monday morning since it is 24 hrs, so I thought. The clerk had the door locked and said it was closed to me. Although he had another customer inside. He didn't like the way I looked, apparently. He then told me to go to another Racetrac down the street, I said "No thanks" and went to the Exxon-Mobil on US-1, where I was treated fairly and allowed in. I won't be back at racetrac again. I don't like being discriminated against.
