I am very indignant with this store.A saleswoman named Indira welcomed me one night I left a table with a safa aside.I work a lot so I hadn't had time to go to the store to make the first payments.She called me morning, noon and afternoon EVERY DAY. Wondering when I was going to come by to finish the paperwork, I felt embarrassed because I had been very busy and hadn't made time for that.I made the time, I received the furniture, the sofa and the table and when the table arrived it was moving from one side to the other and had scratches, it was dirty, it didn't look new, full of dust. The table is made of glass and has mirrors on the bottom and sides. The next day I complained about the scratches, dirt on the mirrors and that the table was moving it was going to fall because it was not properly attached to the glass base at the bottom. It was very dangerous and I have a little girl...The manager tried to explain to me that her warranty did not cover scratches ON A TABLE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW, while I was talking she interrumpe me,She didn’t let me finish and just said the warranty didn’t cover that she sounded angry, she passed the phone to the salesperson Indira. She left me with the word in my mouth she didn’t have the balls to listen to me anymore.Also no even 24hrs passed when I report this and they said I had to pay $500 for them to take it back. Whaaats!!!!!! On a “brand new table” that don’t look so new.They sent someone to “help me “ but my daughter got hurt trying to help me because the man was just standing there watching me trying to lift the super heavy glass part and cleaning it before he put some circles on it so that it would stay glued on the base. If I didn't clean the table from the bottom when he glued the table, that part was going to look dirty and SUPPOSEDLY IT WAS NEW, why would it be dirty?.Anyway, approximately 2 months have passed and now the entire edge of the table is peeling, it seems that something brown like rust is coming out and the glass has even started to break because it seems that the glue on the table is coming out and is pushing the glass outwards. I made my claim 1 and a half month ago and the only thing Indira tells me is I'VE REPORTED IT, I'M WAITING FOR THE COMPANY TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER . She cuts me off right away. There is no empathy with either the manager or the saleswoman. Doesn’t event call to tell me what’s going on, I have to call like if I am begging for money.I think they are waiting for me to pay FULL BALANCE so they don’t have to solve the problem and I feel very sad because it is my first table and first sofa.The sofa was also all wrinkled the next day.This store is zero professional, poorly educated and they also lie to you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store because everything is a problem. I'm still waiting for a response…

So I purchased time a sofa bed and a twin bed when I receive the twin bed I didn't expect what I was saying so I didn't do anything about it and I supposed to call during the 7 days to get your money back which I'm leasing it I could've paid it in full but I didn't so I called attended and I told her about it and she told me that there's a temporary twin bed and I'm thinking I could give this to my dog so it wasn't right that they didn't have the bed there in the store to me online which is not the same thing as you could try it I wouldn't buy anything else all is overpriced

I purchased my bedroom set there and was very excited. However the dresser was made of poor material and has deteriorated and the side mirror cracked. I was not too worried knowing that I had purchased the extended warranty that they sold me in store. The sales person explained how I would receive a replacement in the case they couldn’t repair my current dresser. As they tell me that I am able to go into the store and receive my replacement to my surprise I am having not only to pay taxes all over again but according to them the item is discontinued and has gone up in price. Therefore I also have to pay for the difference of the same dresser. I was considering going back but due to the lack of service and misinformation. They just lost a customer.

We bought a leather couch that was in bad condition with wrinkles. We sent the cushions back FOUR times and finally gave up once they sent us the “store model” cushions but they are still wrinkled. The employees in the store are nice but overall the issue was never solved. Also ALL of the delivery men only speak Spanish so it’s extremely difficult having to converse with them.Update: they commented asking me to email them which I did and I never got a response. Never going back

I have been to several Rana Furniture stores and this one is small and cozy. I Love that the lady came by introduce herself and let us wonder around. When we had questions we called her and it was no stress shopping for us. We ended up buying a bedroom set and the service was outstanding. Thank you so very much....

Where do I begin?? We order bedroom furniture, they assembled it in the street and left outside while working , the wind blew over the head board and damaged it. It gets better they damaged my ceiling fan. Best of all we called this store HOMESTEAD because online was closed and they hung the phone up on us. Told the clumsy delivery people take it back. So we can’t talk to anyone till Monday. Rana SHAME ON YOU . Your staff is RUDE AND NASTY and have no manners on how to deal with customers.

Good furniture, fast delivery. But none of the staff speak english, and when they assemble your furniture they do it terrible. My whole dresser was wrong. None of the drawers shut.

This place is terrible. I just bought a couch recently and it came defective. I tried to return it but they kept wanting to send a technician out to fix it. The technician came but it’s still not fixed. And now they won’t let me return it to buy another one. Their customer service is even worse, no help at all. Stay away from this place.
