We have been Residents for 3 years here at Seascape Pointe, overall we love the community no issues at all the office staff is super great Ms Tiara & Mrs Jessica the property Manager are amazing. Maintenance team is great we love the small events they organize and put together for the neighborhood during the holidays we’re we can enjoy with our family’s it’s the small things that count that matter the most.

Subject: Concern Regarding Rude Maintenance Staff and Management Response
Ratings don’t lie…
I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior I have experienced from Seascape Rental Homes management and maintenance staff, specifically with Jessica and the maintenance team.
Today, I contacted Jessica to inform her of how rude the maintenance men have been. They often act as if they do not speak English when addressed, and their mannerisms are unprofessional. For example, a maintenance man came to check the garbage disposal, which had plastic stuck in it. I was surprised that there was no guard or insert to prevent items from going down the drain in the first place.
While I was working from home, he shouted, “Next time I have to come back, the office is going to charge you.” I found this extremely rude, especially since he did not address me politely or ensure he had my attention before making such a statement. I had to pause my meeting to clarify what he was saying. But as Jessica stated maybe he didn’t know that the computer screen I ran to sit back under was just to relax. I should not have to feel like I need to defend myself or intimidate someone just to be treated with basic respect in my own home. As I stated to Jessica that is how I am feeling.
When I reached out to Jessica about this interaction, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she dismissed me by stating, “First of all, you had four work orders.” Ok isn’t that policy to contact the office and schedule a work order. Im going on 2 years here. What’s the problem. Does the maintenance man have more important things to do other than his job. Is Jessica related to workers? I believe that as management, she should be trained to de-escalate situations and listen to resident concerns without defensiveness. Maybe if I was Hispanic or white the tones would have been different?
Additionally, when I requested the corporate phone number and email to escalate my complaint, she only provided the phone number and said that corporate does not respond to emails. This is unacceptable and makes it extremely difficult for residents to escalate valid concerns.
I am disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism I have encountered. I expect to be treated with respect in my home, especially as I pay rent to live here peacefully and professionally while working from home.
Please advise who I can contact directly at corporate to address these issues properly.

The apartment complex is well-maintained . The building amenities, and pool, are great. I also appreciate the friendly and responsive management staff also the maintenance team is quick to respond and very polite

The service from the 1st day was excellent, the office staff always willing to answer our questions and guide us throughout the process to rent our house. My family and I are very happy with the decision to choose Seascape Pointe, Btw the house is super beautiful and comfortable😍😍 if you are thinking of moving we hesitate to choose them.

We lived here for a year and absolutely loved our time there. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors that are very laid back. A lot of stuff nearby for easy convenience. We would've stayed longer if it wasn't for job relocation. I'd live here again in a heartbeat.

Seascape has been my home for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff has always been super friendly and helpful from the moving in process and to any issues that have come up. Their maintenance team is top notch. All of the maintenance employees are so nice, they always play and give attention to my dog when they have had to come to my unit. They are also very quick to respond to any maintenance issues. The grounds are always well kept and it’s pretty quiet on my street I have not had any issues at all. The rent is also cheaper than anywhere else I was looking for a 3/2 1/2 .
