Terrible service at the Sephora inside Kohl’s in Homestead. The employee was rude, told me to “relax,” and made me repeat that I bought the product there several times before finally finding my account. I’m a Rouge member — I know how this works.
After reading the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s been treated this way. How has Sephora not done anything about it? Avoid this location — the staff needs serious retraining.

I went to Sephora today looking for help and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Gaby. When she returned from her break, I asked her a simple question about which foundation shade matched my skin tone because I truly needed guidance. Instead of assisting me, she responded in a rude and dismissive way, showing no interest in helping at all. Right after answering poorly, she turned her back on me and walked away, leaving me standing there without support. Thankfully, another associate with short hair, who was working at the register, kindly stepped in and provided the professional and attentive service I was expecting.
It is unacceptable for a customer to feel ignored and disrespected, especially when seeking help with products that require expertise. Sephora should ensure all employees demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect, the way the short-haired associate did.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager at Sephora in Kohl’s. I was charged twice for a cream, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told to come back in three days. When I returned after the charge clearly went through on my bank account, the manager told me to come back in another three days. I was understandably upset and insisted on a refund — which she finally processed, but not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or the mistake.
On top of that, when the first transaction happened and the Sephora employee was unsure if it went through and asked her for help because the system was acting up, the manager literally said “no” and didn’t even bother to come over to help the kind employee. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. This kind of attitude especially from a manager is unacceptable.

LOVE this Sephora located in the Khols, there’s tons of parking and it’s located as soon as u walk in. Great customer service EVERY single time! Plus amazing birthday freebies and no “Sephora kids” I’ve never seen self displays ruined or any ruined testers or anything of that nature. They keep this location very clean. 🧽 💄
My daughter loves their mini sections where u can find your favorites on a smaller more affordable scale. I love the Sephora brand makeup remover wipes, chapsticks, face masks, and eye masks in particular those are always my go tos and I have super sensitive skin.

Warning! The Sephora in Homestead has more employees and amazing customer service, especially Jose. If you go, you're going to want to buy a few items. If you pass by with your girlfriend or wife, be ready to use your credit card. ❤️

Never again. The cashier that took care of me was "helpful" although you can tell she didn't want to help me. The blonde associate that wasn't even involved had something slick to say bc I wasn't aware that you couldn't use a sephora card at this location. She said "Five years later"..as if I was taking forever. She may want to mind her business. Yes I heard you!!!
