I understand it's satellite internet, but for the website to advertise as blazing fast internet is ludicrous. Up to 20 mbs is not suitable for HD streaming or gaming or working remotely. I lose internet connection at least 3 times a day. We had a storm and it knocked out their radio transponder but the source of the power surge is from their plug. It also fried the WAN port on my router. So not only did I have to pay for a new router, Skynet 360 also charged me nearly $300 for their radio transponder! If you can find an alternative ISP, I would. They are not worth the trouble.

I requested services around the holidays and under a tight schedule. Jose lent his expertise in helping me choose services based on what I needed. They sent out Jorge, who worked his magical powers and got me set up under the time frame I had while still making sure my wires were long enough to reach around where I needed them and minimally show (my house has no attic). We tested the internet speed and I am impressed! I don't have all my devices connected, as I still have to move in, but everything looks perfect at this point.I am so happy I found a company that makes me feel like a person and not just another account number. I can't say enough about the customer service and experience. Highly recommended!

Sept 8, 2022, we installed our 1st Near Gig service with a 360Mbps and up to 500Mbps with burst speeds. System was able to reach 1.7Gig Good things are coming to our customers. This location is 4 miles from the tower. So yes, it's possible Thats faster than AT&T, Comcast, Starlink and others in the area. So don't let them fool you. It's here its real!!!!We also provide fiber services in some area.Best install best service real speeds with true unique IP address and not share like other providers in the area.

I am extremely impressed with Skynet 360. I contacted them for a backup connection to my $1000 fiber connection and the wireless link was set up the next day. The connection is so good that I ended up using it load balanced as my main connection running bgp. Jose has bent over backwards to configure it exactly how I needed. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

The worst service in the area, I have problems all the time and nobody answers the phone, the technician left the antenna wrong, the cable runs through my house in the middle of the wall. Stay away from this company!
