Best prices , best deals , very friendly workers I swear best prices in town . Ask for Sandra . She will answer all the question you have , won’t find nothing cheaper than this . THIS WAS MY REVIEW WHEN I MOVED IN . BUT AFTER ALMOST A YEAR THEY RAISED THE RENT FROM 142 TO 268 JUST TWO MONTHS AFTER I MOVED IN. NOW 5 MONTHS AFTER THEY HAD RAISED IT NEXT MONTH IS 328. FOR A RAT INFESTED STORAGE. IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF PLEASE DONT STORE IT HERE CAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY. LAST WEEK I WENT AND A RAT JUST POPPED HIS HEAD AND HE WASNT SCARE OF ME. SHEETS CLOTHES I HAVE TO THROW AWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL WITH RAT URINE AND RAT CRAP . WILL POST PHOTOS SOON

Tried a new storage facility in Homestead/Florida City. The staff was helpful and courteous. Access off of Old Dixie Hwy was good. I drove up in a 20 foot truck and saw there is no place to back in to the loading dock area because a wall parallels the parking area next to the building. I had to approach the loading area from the side so that I was parking across about 4 parking spots. That was possible only because no one else was parked there at the time except for two cars by the Leasing Office. The storage room was clean and had adequate cooling. There was evidence of spills from previous tenants on the floor of the unit but the stains were dried up and not an issue. The elevator is much larger than most which was very helpful.
