It is a good place if you have to wash clothes since it is accessible, and has chairs to wait for your clothes and parking, a plus that there is a store next door and inside the premises they also sell snacks.

Been to many places to wash but this is by far my favorite place has been more than 10 years coming to this location weekends are heavy pack but i try to go early or on weekdays early mornings.
