If there were negative star options, I would give them in this review. I went to this branch three days in a row to perform a wire transfer. On the first day, they did not want to give me the service Damaris Orta because supposedly I needed an identification. However, there were two more identifications, and I say apparently because, finally, they did not ask me for the exact identification they had demanded of me on the last day. Day 1 was lost, and my time could have been better. The second day, after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, just 5 minutes before 5 pm, Stella helped me by telling me that she was very sorry and that it was not her fault but that wire transfers could not be done after 4 pm, supposedly, because finally on the last day, they did it after 4 pm. We explained in detail to Stella that the transfer was urgent for a case of a 17-year-old girl who needed the money for her chemo because she suffered from cancer and had to give her acute treatment. Nothing moved them, and they made us return the next day. However, they booked us into an appointment for 4 pm on Wednesday. Before leaving, I asked them how an appointment at 4 pm was possible if the wire transfers could not be done at that time? Then they changed it to 3:15 pm. In all of these, the girl gets sick without receiving the money to pay for her chemo. The next day, when we arrived at the bank, it turned out that there was no one to attend; they tried to send us to another branch where we would arrive late, after 4 pm, to make the wire transfer. After I started to complain because it was a lack of respect for customers, a lack of empathy, and it was clear that no one at that bank wanted to work, they began to take steps to assist me. Ivan, who started the process, told me he was doing me a favor when he was clearly doing his job. The people who work in that bank owe themselves to the clients and have their jobs because the clients exist.Furthermore, performing a wire transfer is a service offered by the bank and, therefore, the work of those who work there. Jenny was at the bank; in her words, she didn't work there, and consequently, she was going to "help." Ultimately, a cashier, not a specialist, made the transaction at 4:10 pm without asking for the document they had previously said was essential. A total lack of respect for the customer. The manager was not there because he had gone on vacation for Christmas, and I don't know who he blamed, but that bank is a total disaster for working with clients. The workers lie and have no desire to work obviously because they did nothing to do their job. If the camera works, everything is on camera because I doubt everything they told me there. One of the excuses is that they did not have employees, which is not the client's problem; that does not mean that they are disrespectful, and that does not mean that they should stop doing the work for which they are paid. It's a shame that these things happen. If the bank doesn't have workers, hire them, pay better salaries, or close the bank, but don't disrespect the people who make it possible for you to have a job. When everything finishes with my cousin, I will close my business with this bank and make sure family and friends know how you treat your customers so they will never do business with you.

Horrible customer service, no one picks up the phone. I show up to this bank. Very rude. I asked her why they didn't pick up their phones. She ignored what I told her, and said ok, so what you need? Really? Nasty attitude above all

Waited more than 30 minutes to open an account. Had 2 workers there sitting talking about personal issues instead of working.

if I could give no stars I would , worst bank ever ! my account has been put on hold fraud 3 times since i opened the account and it hasn’t even been a month of opening it. worst communication. all around horrible

Inquired at the bank about a trust account and was told the branch manager was out to lunch. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked where he was and found out he’d gone to a meeting. They gave me his card and the next day I called and left a detailed message. He never called me back. I had another client complaining to me while we all waited, that they had made numerous calls but nobody would answer the phone. Advice, find another bank!

Fabiola was very rude. I have gone to thos location 3 times to open an account. Each time i have gone in she has told me she is too busy to help me. Today i went in at 3:30 and proceeded to tell me she could not help because she have a customer that she will be wit the rest of the day. She was very rude about and told me i will not be opening up an account today. Super rude lady!!! Don’t not waste your time coming here. They are too lazy to help.

Maybe I got lucky? Went in there on Friday around 1pm, 2 tellers, 4 customers inside including a sleeping gecko below the counter..I deposited my check within 4 minutes, took the hungry gecko and was out the door. Pretty much the same service and speed I get on the west side. I guess it's 'all about the timing'..

Very Rude manager Fabiola Velez, I went to this branch for a simple request for a credit card dispute, Fabiola treated me not like a customer, but like someone who was begging her for money or something, she totally gave an attitude, she made me feel miserable, please check on your employees and agents. I have been a client of this bank for more than 20 years and I have never been treated like this In any other branch of this bank.

what a slow service, if you have a plan to go and do any transaction or open account , get into your head that it will take you about 5 hours, two for them to attend you and three more to see if they can do the service ??

The bank teller was completely disrespectful my fiancé and I tried giving this bank a try but definitely will be going to another bank really unprofessional, rude and terrible customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m sorry I never have done the review like this to any business. This location ridiculous service, the tellers busy none stop, all those people sitting in there office doing nothing not even bother stepping out to help, I having a business with Suntrust for over 14 years I have no problem, since this Truist took over nothing the same. That why I want to closed my business account with them and taking went somewhere else. I been back and forth for 4 times two times they went out fir lunch Im waiting for an hour, the third time waiting in line for 50 minutes finally they took me in and they said if I want to closed the account I need to withdraw all the money out then they can closed, so I went back the 4 time to withdraw all the money and asked them to closed they said have to wait at least 48 hours for the transaction to clear. So I asked them can I make an appointment to come back to closed by then I don’t want to wait, she sent me to the teller to make an appointment, the teller told me go tell the girl in the office to set up an appointment, so I went back to the girl in the office she say I Ave a client niw can you wait until I finish then I take your name down. COME ON give me a break, I been there before the client she took but keep sending me back and forth. Do they think I don’t have job and spend all day there. Never do business with them again and don’t recommending to do business with them.

Probably THE worst bank I have ever dealt with. Constant waiting - no matter what day or what time you go, there will be a wait time. The ladies in this establishment don't really seem to care for anyone's time. By the looks of it, no one really cares since all these reviews and it is still happening. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else!
