From the moment I walked in, the staff exhibited a deep understanding of their products and services, demonstrating a commitment to addressing customer needs with expertise and professionalism.The associates at T-Mobile were knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure that I was well-informed about the various plans and devices available. Their willingness to answer questions and provide tailored recommendations showcased a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.The customer service experience undoubtedly sets T-Mobile apart. The staff's approachability and patience in addressing inquiries contribute significantly to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the store.However, one area that could benefit from improvement is time management. While the staff's focus on each customer is commendable, the wait times for assistance could be reduced to enhance the overall efficiency of the service.Despite this minor drawback, I would still choose to visit the T-Mobile store over other competitors. Once again, another exceptional experience. I upgraded my daughter and my iPhone and Brian helped me with the transfer of information for both iPhone during two separate visit. He was very professional, caring, attentive, and patient with me. True professional and his experience was noteworthy. Even though Norman is no longer the Manager (transferred), the store has managed to maintain their elite customer service.————————————————————Exceptional customer service and professionalism by everyone I’ve approached in this store. My first experience was with the Manager (Norman), and then Belinda. The one on one customer service in this store should be a business model for not only other T-Mobile stores, but any other business. Everyone here is patient and professional in answering any questions and doing everything possible to make sure every customer is happy and has a great experience when they walk out of the store. Moreover, the teamwork and team concept in this store is exemplary. I hope someone in the t-mobile senior management has a chance to read this review and give recognition to everyone (team) in this store.

Alert they are defrauding people racist they telling customers they have to pay application fees and lying saying that don't have the phones but when customers service call them they verify they do this they need to be reported it's been going on for awhile they charging black people fraudulent fees all the stores In the homestead area and denying them phone service the tall guy with the missing front teeth and beard he mostly there on night shift please spread the review this has to stop

This review regards information about this corporate store and Brian Sites. I submit for your perusal that in general I have been treated well with kindness when I visited this store, which was often. Specifically Brian Sites should be recognized as professional and attentive to all my questions and concerns. On several occasions he even took time to chat with me about items that did not affect his sales, therefore I knew that he valued his customers. I strongly recommend this store and the service that you will receive. We all know that Homestead is a very negative environment with many complainers. This T-mobile store is attentive. 100 excellent!

I have to say this is my absolute favorite T-Mobile Store, the service is exceptional the dedication you get from the representatives is unlike any other. I had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony and I have to say he went above and beyond to help me and figure out the situation with my account, after spending hours on the phone with customer service and speaking with supervisors over the phone. If it wasnt for Anthony I definitely would of been looking to change companies after being with T-Mobile for 17 years. Calling over the phone has been the most frustrating thing I have ever encountered and never being able to have a resolution. Thanks to Anthony he found a resulotion and he did not give up until the issue was resolved. I thank you Anthony and I hope you stay with the store for as long as possible, you have truly turned around my experience and kept a long time customer. T-Mobile customer service call center and supervisor Andrea from the support line do better and learn from Anthony.
