I called Hernandez Tires after being turned away from another tire place nearby and even though Hernandez Tires was already closing the guy told me he would wait for me and take care of my flat.I arrived 5 minutes past closing time yet he opened the gate for me and repaired my tire. “My car had a knife stuck sideways on my tire. I had gone to 3 different tires shops and none of them were willing to even jack my car up and check the tire because the knife edge in the tire was too long. I called JM tire and they told me to bring my car in. Within a minute of arriving, they raised my car, removed the knife and let me know that fortunately it didn't penetrate the tube. They were super helpful and took off the locks and replaced my lock nut with a regular one for me. “These guys were lifesavers. I bought my own tires on Amazon, and needed a shop to mount and balance them. I sat in Firestone the day before and waited an hour and a half. When I left Firestone, the same four people waiting before me were still there. Anyway, long story short, I took my tires to Caribe the next morning. I was in and out if there in less than 20 minutes... $30 cheaper than Firestone. These guys at Caribe are supermen. You guys earned ALL of my personal AND fleet auto service.”
