I love this store! Especially during the holidays š„° Alysha is the BEST person to speak to if you need gift recommendations or help choosing something for yourself, especially makeup or perfume/cologne. Sheās very nice and knows her stuff. Iāll keep coming back just because of her! Thanks Alysha for all your help and thanks Ulta! Just might have to come to Ulta Beauty world next year! š«¶š¾āØ

As much as I loved Tivona and her personality, I disliked my eyebrows so much. she was so bubbly and professional but all I requested was a brow clean up and I made sure I emphasized on the fact that I HATE thin eyebrows yet she completely shaped my thick brow to literally super thin brow. Truly disappointed specially that I have to regrow what I have been trying to grow for so long.
So if you like thick fluffy, natural eyebrows, skip this place.

Unfriendly, unsatisfactory customer service received by the sales associate MARYJAN. I purchased the Marc Jacob murakami collab the pink bottle and I was told I would receive a free gift with purchase. She gave me a hard time with retrieving the gift. She told me I needed to purchase the large size, but it was only one size. Thanks to the manager who intervened and informed the sales associate she was incorrect. She had slick and snobby remarks afterwards. Very disappointed in the service I received today.

The girls at the Sephora store were very nice. They ask you once how they can help you and then let you explore the perfume and makeup section in peace, which I think is perfect. In other places, the workers in the fragrance and makeup department bother you with questions until you leave and donāt let you enjoy your shopping experience. I made a purchase and will definitely shop here again.

I just left this ulta and the only lady in the front that checked me out was acting strange. I already purchased my item and was asked to select how I want my receipt and she withheld the bag from me until i clicked how i wanted my receipt and didnāt say thank you or bye. She was the only girl at the register on 10/1 11:30am

Tbh I only come to this location cause itās close to home. The last time I had a foundation match the associate was very short with me and seemed irritated that the manager asked them to help me. They slapped a few colors on my face and said āok this is the oneā and sent me away. It was very off putting and ultimately I left with an item that I wasnāt happy with. So I come here now minimally to make purchases but never ask for help!
Today I was browsing and Melissa came up to me and offered assistance. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me questions about my skin and what I wanted, helped me find different options, and didnāt seem annoyed when I admitted I was looking for a more affordable product. Great customer service. I am more likely to return because of todayās interaction. Thank you š

DIRTY, DUSTY PLACE WITH ZERO GOOD SPECIALISTS!
I visited my friend's family in Homestead, and we all came to Ulta on a weekend. First thing that shocked me was the condition of the store and of the products testers. Half were empty, foundation bottles covered with layers of dry products ( it was unpleasant to handle), many testers units were completely empty, makeup stations looked terrible. But it was not all. It seemed as only 1% of the employees could speak and understand English. But the worst thing was the fact that the employees KNOW PRACTICALLY NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL! I asked an employee which products has hydroquinone? She was looking at me as I spoke Japanese.
My friend was looking for a products with the combination of peptides and hyaluronic acid. The employees kept on looking at us as we fell from the sky. NO QUESTIONS they could answer. It seems they ONLY HIRE people which are absolutely CLUELESS about skincare, makeup, hair products or fragrances.
PEOPLE WORKING THERE ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS! And the place itself DIRTY and neglected. It was very unpleasant experience. We would NEVER go back!
My advice would be:
HIRE AT LEFT ONE OR TWO KNOWLEDGEBASE PEOPLE! SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT!

The workers follow you all the time , itās creepy and it make you feel like a criminal , specially the security guy at the door donāt help . I get that people steal all the time , we are close to Florida city but donāt make everyone feel like a criminal the moment they enter .

Nat A at Ulta Beauty was so helpful for me!! I had taken a few years break from wearing makeup, and I was overwhelmed walking into the store. Nat A helped me to find everything I needed for a glamorous event. And she explained briefly how to do an elegant face. I bought more than I intended- but am happy with my purchases. Now every time I wear my makeup, I am thankful for her help. And my family say thay I have never looked better.
