It is really funny it has customer service on the title. As a whole UPS maybe the worse logistics company in the world. It’s funny how company culture can either make a company or represent it to its very core. No one in this company is held accountable for anything. A representative in the front after explaining the most horrific customer experience said to me “Well at least you are alive and seemingly in good health”. This sums up their whole company model. We just don’t care. Sad.

employees working in this office close before 5:00pm. I have arrived at 4:50 pm and they have not wanted to attend to me because they are already closed, and the employee is still there. very bad customer service

Lack of knowledge.. they “attempted” to deliver last week and then slapped a label on for the access point and couldn’t deliver there bc signature was needed, and slapped ANOTHER label on to deliver back to our address and only had the Avenue and zip code ?♀️?♀️ we had to drive to the warehouse to pick it up and still waited 30min while they searched !

I’m waiting outside for 30 minutes because they supposed to open at 5:00 pm but they said they open at 5:30 when finally come to open the door she can’t help no one because She don’t know to give her receipt and she don’t know to do nothing in the computer . Customer service 0 I never like this place but now is is worse this happened (1/31/2022) After waiting a 1 hour finally I returned my package.

Why it is so hard to find the way so that I canpick up my package at this location . All that i cansee is that i woud have to paid to change my deliverylocation is there a easier way for me to do this ???
