Most worthless USPS location ever. Never picks up the phone, sends packages back to sender without ever attempting to deliver them as well. Staff needs to be replaced with people who actually do their job.

Front clerk Danishia, someone teach her manners when speaking to customers. Specially when requesting a supervisor’s assistance. Instead she refused to tried to reach out to the supervisor and told me to actually do the entire package drop off line to them request a supervisor’s assistance. If I could have given this unprofessional employee a zero I would have.

Her exceptional service far exceeded my expectations and made my experience at the post office truly memorable. Post office is always packed. Very seldom I experience a short line. I have no bad experience with this post office. The clerks know me by name I guess because of numerous packages I receive, I have always gotten friendly service. It feels great when noticed.

Folks working her are always nice and helpful but like any government run facility I feel like I’m in a 3rd world country. Lines are long and I feel like I’m being exposed to radiation and disease. Frustrating to say the least

This office is one of the worst I have ever visited in my life, they have no professional ethics whatsoever, they are racist, rude to the public, they do not give adequate information and they play with people's time by making them visit the site several times without any solution, it is very shameful that a staff that works representing this government behaves this way, I try to make appointments online, the page loads all the time and they do not give me an option, I go personally and they tell me that I have to go in the morning at 7 am, I go at 7 there is a line of 6 people in front of me , the lady who opens the door at 8 and when my turn comes she tells me that she had opened the door at 6 when I saw her open it at 8 she told me that I had to be there at 6 am, and they take only 4 walk ins in a day for passport... she was the only one working and there was no one else in line who could have perfectly helped me, what a lack of ethics and professionalism, very disappointed...
