The worst service, I requested a Redelivery on the 7th and I haven’t receive it, the number for the post office no one answer the calls, it’s unacceptable for this type of service someone needs to sue for a change

Just like anyother post office or government entity, this place has horrible service and is extremely disorganized. Packaged are constantly being lost and when asking for help you are directed to go online or call costumer service which has a ridiculous wait time to speak to anyone.There are usually only two people running the desk for everything from passports to mail which causes the line to goout of the door. Holidays are no exception and the service is even worse then.Just spend the extra money and go to UPS. Its worth it.

can't give a zero star because it won't let me!!!Went to stamp a letter. There were like 5 people in front of me. The problem is that the tellers takes their sweet time to handle the customers, actually I counted 5 customers that didn't make the line and came back to the same teller to keep being helped, while we all waited patiently. Overall there were 3 teller but two of them walked away. That's why this USPS office has really bad reviews!!!! Tellers should tell the customers to make the line no matter what the question is!

Went in to ship a package. The line went by fast and the customer service was great. They even explained that I could skip the line if I did the self service shipping but reassured that I could ship my package in whatever way I felt more comfortable!

Worst usps I have ever gone to. Employees have horrible attitudes and act as if they are not paid to attend customers. The passport service is even worse. They tell you to go there between 9:30 to 10:00 for walk-ins yet allow others to do it beforehand and provide a new excuse each of the times I have gone there as to why they cannot attend me when I arrive an hour earlier than to when they attend to make sure I secure my spot. It’s absurd the “walk-ins” are not walk-ins at all and others can enter before the place opens in the first place.Would rate it zero if I was allowed to.Update: Even with an appointment they will cancel and make more excuses every time this is beyond frustrating.

I live in a gated community, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The delivery people drive right past the gate. I have had to go to the building to pick up my packages every time. And there is no option anywhere online to enter a phone number for the drivers to call to get entrance. Amazon delivery people will at least sit at the gate and honk. But USPS, UPS, AND FEDEX all drive right past my residence and then say a delivery attempt was made when there was none. I just want to be able to rely on the date and delivery I'm given rather than playing a stupid back and fourth until they finally stop trying to deliver and I can just go pick it up. Fuxking ridiculous.

This has to be the worst Post Office. They never answer their phones. Also, extremely understaffed. One of the mail carriers, Allison lost my package and was never hold accountable. She stated she went and look for it and they was never home. Told me I just have to file a claim and my claim have been denied because it shows that it was delivered. Even when I spoke with the post master and he provided me with evidence that it was mailed to another resident home they refuse to reimburse me my money. This has been going for months.

Customer service at the actually post office isn’t bad, but I’ve never had so many packages go missing, or get to me late. Tracking number shows that they arrive in the Homestead location, but it’s just a gamble after that. Retrain the sorters/carriers.

One month waiting for the appointment to get my new passport. Last minute the appointment was canceled and asked me to schedule another appointment, so I have to wait another month????

I went to this office today to process my baby’s passport. I work Monday-Friday, Saturday is the only day I’m available to run errands with my family. Didn’t have an appointment due to their website constantly issues. This office has walk-ins available Saturday from 9:00a.m.-10:00a.m. I walked in at 9:40 just to be denied service by an old nasty attitude lady, very unprofessional she said it was to late and that I have to go back another day. Really disappointed about this place.

Always poor customer service whether you are at the location or on the phone.Very outdated systems. You MUST search for your package with a tracking number. If you ask if you can search by name or address, you will receive attitude in return.An "unable to deliver" notice was put in my mailbox, but no attempt was made to come to my door (someone was home all day long and I have a dog that barks at the door). It was a small, light item. No excuse for not even attempting to deliver the item.
