This is the first location I've gone to that locks the door to be able to drop off packages after hrs. They also don't have any collection box outside.
If I do a pick up request they mark it at picked up but never pick it up! Also deliver my mail to the wrong address mailbox and put other peoples mail in my mailbox constantly. Makes absolutely no effort!

This branch has been a mess for a while now. They keep failing to deliver my business mail and packages and mark the delivery as business closed which is a lie. I have seen at least 8 different carriers on my route in the last couple of months. Total mess.

I hate this place . They returned my package without even being delivered. I can’t believe it was a small package and the mail woman returned to sender .They don’t even try to re-deliver!! I went to the office and they don’t know even where the mail woman is. Unacceptable. Unbelievable.I can’t believe it.

First of all the mailman did not knock on my door. I was home all day long waiting for this. I also have cameras!!!! They decided it would be easier to leave a sorry we missed you paper!!!! When I tried calling the post office nobody picks up!!!!! Now I have to make arrangements for my sick grandmother to go pick up this letter I supposedly wasn't here for!!!! Very upsetting and frustrating.

Most of the time, this location handles things poorly, it’s extremely frustrating. Whenever my regular delivery driver isn’t on the route, there’s always an issue. This time, the package shows as delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found, and no one can give me a clear answer. It’s unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility.

PATHETIC and always slow! They go hide in the back and have 1 person servicing the outside customers! Maybe they need to get rid of the older complacent workers and get younger ones with more speed and attentiveness to providing great service. This is ridiculous and never fails. I avoid this place unless it’s an emergency because what should take 5-8 minutes end up taking 30-50 minutes !

The worst Post Office down South . Had a Supervisor to reach out and leave a voice message on my phone stating that I had mail there.
I arrive shortly stood in a long line just to be told that I had no mail. And i never receive a call from a supervisor. making me look like I'm lying. Finally got tired of the b. S and took out my phone. Let the young lady help the next person in line and found the voice recording of the supervisor calling me the young lady at the front desk listening to the voice mail and said that it was the supervisor that was on shelf. She let the supervisor know that I had the recording of her calling me and vocally told me that was the lady. That called me from the Post Office.The supervisor had me And another guyawait up to forty minutes just to be told She was in a meeting. This Post Office is sad and is a disgraced to United States Postal Service and in thing dealing with it

They deliver stuff to the wrong mail boxes in my community very often. We have several houses with the same number at different streets here inside this community and they are not careful when placing the mail or packages in the mail boxes. Many times I have received stuff that is not mine but for people from those other houses and it also happened to me that I have not received a package or mail. Their service is poor. I called this postal office in Princeton FL several times to the number I got from USPS customer service but no one answers.

Terrible, the one who delivers the mail, a young brunette Latina, very bad customer service, she left my package lost and I went to ask her, she told me what she wanted me to do, I asked for a supervisor and she didn't bring it, she came with a paper trying to confuse me that my address was wrong, very bad state, it's not good, this is the United States of America, she has a very bad attitude, she didn't want to give me her name but I do know who she is.

Changing my review. The mailman came to investigate and didn't find my package in our complex, but went out of his way across the street to find it somewhere else and even came upstairs to give it to me and apologized for the mix up. You get 5 stars, I appreciate that humility. Keep up the good work.

Corporate needs to have everybody here re-train, nobody knows how to do their job. Especially whoever they’re choosing to put on delivery routes. They always mark my package as delivered, and I never have anything in my mailbox. These people just steal your mail and are rude as hell.

Please update your hours or at least post them outside the lobby door. Everytime I look up the hours it’s always confusing if it’s gonna be open on certain days. The last week of December was just a headache. The lights are on but lobby to P.O. Boxes is lock. The hours are impossible for someone that worked a regular 9-5.

There are no post boxes outside so you can’t put stamped mail in after hours even if staff is in. As many stated, there is only one front facing person working the desk at a time, and a long line of people. Also wasn’t helpful when I tried to change my address when I moved.
