this post office is the worst. My package has been delayed for 2 days now, and has been sent back to the post office "upon customer request", when I have yet to even see a mail person bring my package.

UFFFF These Employees are so UNHAPPY and RUDE , I just witnessed an Employee mistreated a Customer because She didn’t speak EnglishOne Employee and 12 customers Waiting. The manager of this Location needs to be Removed. NO IDEA ABOUT HOW TO RUN A FRONT Counter. And All the Employees Need Training as How to Be Respectful and Professional. If they don’t Like their JOB. GO HOME and give that opportunity to Someone else.

They dont get out of the car to deliver packages and just put notes in the mailbox(all on camera). They never pick up the phone or call back like they promised. They create false statusses on package deliveries.

I don’t usually leave a review on places unless it’s really memorable in a good or bad way, let alone the post office. I have been at this location a couple times and those times that I was assisted by James, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Whether I had to wait or not, his attitude in treating not just myself but other people in the most respectable way is really refreshing to see. It’s not common to see this especially in the USPS locations across the city. Which is understandable to an extent because they deal with a whole variety of people from bad to good. Which speaks even higher volumes of how genuine he is. This man is a golden standard in how anyone should treat others. Thank you James for your help.

On 6/25/23 I logged in to my usps account so my daughter could pay my P.O. Box using her bank debit card when she finished putting her information a message showed it was declined your transaction can't be made using this payment type & it shows debit is a form of payment so then I paid with my debit card which is showing pending for $88.00 to usps my balance was $190.40 before I use it to pay the $88.00 for my P.O. Box new balance is $102.40 then after the fact they put fake message saying under maintenance on 6/25/23 from 8a.m to 12p.m that wasn't there when I logged on & I paid at 10:52a.m then my daughter told me $88.00 was taken out her account twice totaling $176.00 for my same P.O. Box that they claimed was denied because payment type wasn't accepted that's why I say they still i tampering with our devices if it wasn't working & payment didn't process how was $176.00 removed from her account we will be going inside the bank to let them see those charges are fraudulent and show those fake messages I been posted on social media they been trying anything to make me close my P.O. Box to hide fl lies and corruption but I'm not so there was three payments taken as payment today 6/25/23 for my Bo box for this Princeton fl location in homestead fl they thought they was getting away with taking money three times for my P.O. Box because my account doesn't show a payment was made but it was three times like I posted it was a inside job them changing my pin and payment method and making that fake bank account with Bankcorp Bank in Delaware Fl to steal my money for my fl unemployment just making us rich from lawsuits so like I said they always plotting on me & my family knowing I'm going to chew them up with my proof keep coming for me still don't intimidate me just making our bank account over flow

After 20 minutes of waiting for a tracking costumer assistance ,someone told me ,the are busy in the back and the tracking representative doesn't want to come,they ask me to go if I want because they don't have nobody to help me. ?????

I sent a box to Iraq for my brother with some snacks. It was sent back to me because of a can of cheese. A lot of the items inside were crushed & they didn’t even refund me the $102.00. Poor service they don’t even tell you what can be shipped or not. NEVER WILL I USE THIS PLACE!!!!!???

Worst postal service ever super rude employees...don't want to help ?..I feel like there racist towards white and hispanic all staff are black and super ghetto here feel like iam iam in the hood don't even know why they invest and making it bigger if your not going to get your packages and 2 driver from here already got suspend for driving under the influence and stealing packages ?????????????????????????????????????????????????

This location has been expanding the building but i dont see improvements or more employees, there is more people living in this area and with the construction increase, I believe this community needs more USPS employees. I just spent 1 hour in line waiting to drop off 2 package, i had 7 people ahead of me but 10 to 15 people after me and only one person working that took like 20 minutesto help only one person. James is one of the nicest person i ever encountered in a USPS facility, the other person that started helping james was Barbara but took her 30 minutes to realize there was a long line. There where 2 people buzzing for the door and no body answered. Time is really important so dont make us spend 1 hour in line to drop off a package.
