The absolute worst pharmacy. Put in to transfer from Publix Oasis 10 days ago. 4 trips to Walgreens several hours of time altogether sitting waiting for explanation and no they don't have them. They claim Publix didn't send. Publix said they have twice. I get Publix on phone try to give phone to Walgreens pharmacy so they can sort it out, pharmacist rolls her eyes. As if she is the one who has to keep coming here sitting while they check around about it. Very arrogant. Disorganized pharmacy

Called 3 times to get a prescription refill and was told "OK we'll text you when it's ready/available. On the 4th call I was told it's no longer sold by Pharmacy that it's an OTC purchase.

This Walgreens pharmacy doesn’t fail to disappoint. The staff is incredibly unhelpful. If they are out of stock of something don’t expect them to do their job and find out for you what other pharmacy has it available for you to go. They’re answer is “you have to call for yourself and see who has it in stock.”
I continue to send my family’s prescriptions here because we live a minute away but I tend to hit the same frustrations frequently.

I make an appointment for the second dose of the Shingle vaccine, I arrive 15 minutes early, they tell me I must fill out the form, I answer, I already have, I wait calmly while they resolve the problem on the phone, they subject me to the previous questions again and finally they tell the interested party which vaccine left the vaccination campaign and there are no vaccines, they cannot assist me but I should go to any other store, I explain to them that I came to this one because it is the only one that had an appointment for today and they tell me that appointments are not necessary…. So I wonder why all the paperwork? Why do they play with our time, patience and education???? Sorry for the image I took away from this location, they should be more formal with their customer service management and attention system.

Vanessa from the pharmacy is a very rude individual. I had asked for assistance to find an item she points my to the isle and then closes the pharmacy roll up door and refuses to help me or allow me to pay for the item I asked to pay for at her register. Then when I asked to speak with her she refused to come out to address my concern. Very rude. She was also asked about how to help a veteran with his VA insurance and her response was idk idc and shrug her shoulders. Nice to know that Walgreens doesn’t help American veterans!

Consistent bad experiences if you need to pick up Prescriptions here. This store locations website never allows for "Online Pick Up" orders. It always shows that items are out of stock, but when you go to the Store, the items are there. So it's practically impossible to place an Online Pick Up Order. No One Seems to know why this is. Ridiculous. Not to mention Walgreens is missing out on so much money not allowing Online Pick up orders. This store is also Never Stocked Properly.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to pick up my medicine, the pharmacy suddenly closed without any warning nor consideration. To add insult to injury no manager was available to receive the complaint.
Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it was also extremely disappointing.
I hope Walgreens can improve their customer service and communication in the future to prevent situations like this from happening again.

This place is very rude , my daughter and her friends go to the school right by it , the lady constantly followed them and tells them they have 2 minutes left when it’s 7:50 when school starts at 8:35 , she went into the bathroom and constantly being asked to leave because her and her friends were fixing their hair , 5 minutes later the manger that is a man opened the door of the bathroom , and was rushing them to leave , what man goes into a bathroom with a whole bunch of teenage girls ? they need to fix their employee .

Worst pharmacy to call in prescriptions for patients. They continue to place you on hold for HOURS and transfer you to voice mail when clearly does not allow to leave prescription information. They need to care more for their patients.

Thank you to the Pharmacy Team on 4 April 2024. My son needed a medication that the Walgreens by Publix/ Baptist Hospital was taking an excessive amount of time to dispatch. I came to this Walgreens and the pharmacy drive through professional immediately as whim a priority. She ensured my 5 yr old received the medicine he needed. A true professional and very caring. I always receive excellent costumer service from
