I wanted to bring to attention a recent experience I had at Walgreens regarding my print order.
I went to pick up my prints today, but was informed that there was no 4x6 paper available until tomorrow. I accepted this and confirmed that I would return tomorrow for my order. However, to my surprise, an employee went ahead and canceled my order without any prior notification. Furthermore, I overheard them speaking to another staff member in Spanish, advising them that I wouldn’t notice the cancellation.
I am quite disappointed with the handling of my order and the lack of communication. I would appreciate it if they could look into this matter and ensure that it does not happen to anyone else in the future.

0 stars if possible. I am currently in recovery from opioid addiction and i am on suboxone MAT treatment. Every month i have to constantly be calling them 4 days before my refill is due because its been 6 times already that i show up for my refill and its not ready and they have the nerve to tell me they have to order the medication and it will be another 3 days. Meaning i will be suffering from sickness from suboxone withdrawals and it makes me want to relapse honestly. It pisses me off how unprofessional they are with such important stuff. Can’t wait to get my sublocade shot so i can stop dealing with this bullshit. Do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy unless you want to go through a mission to get your medications. Do not make the same mistake i did.theres this one blonde woman who always raises her voice at me and argues with me like if its my fault.

WARNING!! DO NOT GO THERE. Worst experience in customer servive that I had ever seen. Im a 35 year Healthcare Professional at JNMC. And this is the worst unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with! Its a miracle that ACHA still allows them to treat Patients and customers!

Terrible pharmacy service. Not only do they close every day at lunch for an hour, but arbitrary close the entire day with no notification. Furthermore they mislead patients and the doctors telling us that they are out of stock on medications and send you running around to other Walgreens instead of resolving the issue when the doctor calls. Today they told me twice that they were out of the medication and once to my doctor, sending us to another store were the pharmacist told me that the original store was not out of the medications and just needed to speak to the doctor. I have personally gone through this on more than 5 occasions. Totally unacceptably. I will be switching back to Publix where shopping is always a pleasure.
Also there isnt one time that you can go to the cashier to check out items and they are on their cells or talking to someone else in the store instead of attending the current coustumer!
Totally unacceptable!

The service is terrible. I have been waiting for a nebulizer for my son for 3 weeks and it is not ready yet. There is only one person working in the pharmacy. It seems to me that they should give priority to medicines and patients with medical conditions.

The worst experience I ever had the pharmacy tech Eleana Gonzalez is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life and by the way a liar too this woman has played with the transfer of my medicine for couple of days but she forgets that in this country there is such a thing called paper trail and she got exposed. I can tell by her attitude that she is used to treat people how she pleases but she made a mistake here we the customer aren't begging we are paying for a service and she's refusing to provide it walgreens needs to do better and have disciplinary actions against this worker I'll be following a complaint with headquarters and also with the State of Florida Department of Health

The pharmacist, Nicola is the worst. She literally walked up, slow rolling to the pharmacy and started opening doors at 9 AM when it is already supposed to be open. She had the worst attitude. I had just got out of surgery. She denied my prescription because it was missing an address and she told me I must drive two hours north to my doctor to get that written in. She's couldn't have called my doctor or looked at my ID? I am appalled by her behavior. She rather me suffer than take a few extra steps into caring for a customer.

Shame on me for not reading the reviews before having it sent to this location. They are spot on. Even called beforehand and got placed on hold multiple times, then hung up on during that process. Ended up going in person to be told they didn’t have my medicine in stock. ?♂️

I don’t understand how a pharmacy can close because the pharmacist had a personal emergency. How are patients supposed to get their medication when the pharmacy is closed for such a reason?? Doesn’t Walgreens have a back up plan? Shouldn’t patients be able to get their prescriptions from another Walgreens location? Shouldn’t patients be able to pick up the prescriptions that have already been dispensed by the pharmacist? Shouldn’t there be a pharmacist on-call? Going without medication could be dangerous for some people. I think it is extremely irresponsible of Walgreens and the store personnel to allow this to happen. And by the way, this wasn’t the first time this happened to me at this location. It has happened at least two other times. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

The pharmacy staff has no concern for customers missing important medications. I signed up for the "Save a Trip" program after months of being harassed by phone to join this program and they NEVER have my meds to pick up all at once. They leave me without my Lithium constantly. Controlled substances have to be filled only after running out and then you have to pray they have it and that they actually keep their store hours and do not close early. At this point, Walgreens either staff your stores or close shop!

The Walgreens Pharmacy near me is great for quick and easy service. They have lots of products, helpful pharmacists, and they're open long hours. They're fast, smart, and treat their customers really well, making them the best in my area.
