I would avoid the pharmacy, my doctor called in a prescription on a Friday. They kept telling me different times and days. Then I was told it wasn’t “put back” because it was filled for 5 days. (But they sent me a text saying it was ready)
A majority of staff was very pleasant but the head pharmacy has some room for improvement.

This Walgreens pharmacy on 3090 NE 43RD AVE Homestead, FL 33033 had an automated service call to confirm medicine is ready. When I arrive, the two pharmacy register staffs or the pharmacist can’t find it! I waited almost an hour for them to find my medication. Long story short now I’m on my way to another Walgreens to pick it up. “Disorganized to say the least!”

Service has seemingly improved a lot in the last 4-5 years at this location. The pharmacy area for a facelift and the store was nice and clean. I stopped in for some products, energy drinks and a seasonal immunization. The aisles were clean and organized and there was plenty of parking at lunch time. The outside of the store was also clean and the place was easy to find. The pharmacy staff was great. Personable, bilingual, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a very short wait and I was in and out no problem. The cashier up front was also nice and there's a ton of Halloween candy on sale. That might not SOUND important, but let's face it... it is.

I love coming to this Walgreens as I have been coming here for my medications, the store is always clean, and the workers are super sweet. They have an AMAZING selection of Squishmallows, it's my go to! The service is a bit wonky but that's understandable due to understaffing and having lots of traffic! Finding the perfect time to go and you won't have a hard time with time!

Friendly but very SLOW service for vaccines…. I waited over 1.5 hrs and had, prior to arriving, made appt and had completed paperwork. They need staff….although customers/patients should never lack meds and services due to a company’s lack of or negligence in providing good services. ALSO, my husband was with me and during the first 10 min te dived text on his cell that his meds were ready. Being he was right there, he got up and asked for his meds to be told they could not give him the meds since they just received them and had not been processed through their system yet. UNBELIEVABLE!

My wife was in a lot of pain and the Doctor prescribed her medicine. We got the prescription at 815pm and the pharmacy closes at 9pm. We arrived at 830pm and they told us to come tomorrow that it was too late. It’s inexcusable to deny someone medicine especially when it’s 30 mins before closing

Very bad service at the pharmacy, I had to go three times for my medications because they were not ready after ordering them for pick up, also they do not take voicemail orders, my doctor ordered a medication at 8:30 at night and at one the afternoon they had not taken the order

Luz is the best at taking your blood. She is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this location for it's never crowded and very clean.
