If you call the pharmacy they don’t answer I waited 2 hours they keep on putting you on hold , pick up don’t say anything and put you back on hold! What a terrible service!!!! The staff are all rude

The absolute worst pharmacy. They cancel important prescriptions without any notification, then when you call to have it fixed expect to wait on hold for over 1 hour. I’m not exaggerating this store is a disaster.

Every time I have to pick up medications at this pharmacy for my 4-year-old son, I assure you that it is a real odyssey. My son is discharged from Baptist and I go to the pharmacy to pick up the antibiotic, I stood in line for the drive through for an hour and 15 minutes, the Pharmacist tells me that it will be ready in 15 minutes and that I must pick it up inside. I went inside, I stood in line again, my son was screaming because he felt sick and sleepy, it was already 7:40 at night, the pharmacist acted as if she were on another planet, she was not able to put herself in the shoes of the child minor for a moment and the People in line Neither, what is happening to humanity? Anyway, I had to leave since my son had a fever and I couldn't pick up the medicine after two hours in this terrible mole, without words.

HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
Worst customer service ever, always a long wait whether calling in or going in. The last thing someone not feeling well wants to do is wait. And then when they do assist, there's no apologies, remorse or anything. I say fire them all and replace with better pharmacist who has a sense of urgency and who cares. I understand ppl are human and there are busy days but this happens EVERYTIME!!!!!
I have the flu now but best believe this is how fed up I am with these incompetent pharmacist!!!!!

The worst experience every time I come to pick up medications at this Walgreen, the waiting time is never less than 1 hour, three pharmacists and only one works in drop off and the others sit without doing anything, and it is an issue that has been repeated for months and without a solution.

The attention is terrible, the doctors make a bad face if you ask them a question. 3 weeks looking for my medicine and they only tell me that it has not arrived. They don't make the slightest effort to help even when I explain how important it is for my son. They have no intention of finding a solution for you.
