Customer service needs improvement.
I recently visited the cheese section and, unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. The women working there seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. I had to wait 13 minutes before receiving service, which was quite disappointing.
I understand we all have busy days, but I think it's essential to provide good customer service, especially in a section as attractive as the cheese section. I hope this will be taken into account to improve the shopping experience in the future.

I traveled to town from Michigan for a vacation and the day we arrived my glasses broke. Maggie was amazing and was able to quickly solve the problem! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! Thank You!!!

I loveee the wal mart on 288st and 137ave!! The managers and some of the employees are always polite and have good energy. I went yesterday and had a bad experience which never happened!! But the manager Fannie (might have spelled the name wrong) gave me a call and spoke with me and I can honestly say was very nice and apologized for the worker. Also made sure that someone would speak with the employee about the incident and I really appreciate it because I never do a survey of my experience but that day was very bad

Hey guys I have to say there are stores that car about their customer service and this one fits that category!!! I actually walked into the store grumpy and walked out with a smile on my face due to the polite, friendly customer service service that I got while shopping! Coach Tish, you’re doing a great job and all of the employees in this Walmart made my day. Thank you.!!!

I had a terrible experience with Rebecca at customer service. When I approached her for help, she completely ignored me and acted like I wasn’t even there. I waited patiently, thinking maybe she was busy, but she never acknowledged me at all. When I finally spoke up, she gave me a dismissive look and continued doing whatever she was doing instead of assisting me.
Customer service is supposed to be about helping people, but Rebecca made it clear she had no interest in doing that. If this is how she treats customers, I don’t see why she’s even working there. Very disappointing experience.

Very bad service from the associat JENNIFER at the self checkout. I had only one item to pay for and there were 4 empty registers. She was talking to the customers in front of me. There was no line. I went ahead to pay and she deleted the item and told me that I had to wait in line. She had a very bad attitude. I didn't understand, but this has happened to me several times with this same associate. Otherwise, the store is perfect.
