This has got to be the worst Walmart. They hung up the phone on my more then 10 times. No one wants to answer the phone. Finally, got someone in pharmacy and she was so rude she didn’t even let me speak n transferred me to the number that hangs up on me. So frustrating even calling online pick up orders they don’t answer. Customer service at Walmart is horrible. Can someone just answer the phone and listen to the customer? Extremely unprofessional.

Part one: I had such a horrendous experience at Walmart store#05671 address: 13600 S.W. 288th St. Homestead FL. 33033. I approached the service counter, asking if someone could retrieve a 65-inch TV from my trunk. I was told to search for someone myself. I decided to ask a manager (Jennifer) for assistance to call someone. She shooed me off and told me to go back to the service desk. Since she didn't want to be bothered, I decided to go to the TV dept. There Adisbel, David, and Shena were extremely kind. Adisbel asked a young man to help my elderly husband to retrieve the TV from my car. I then returned to a (yes), even longer service line to complete my return after my TV was retrieved. Out of curiosity, I asked a cashier close to me the whereabouts of the store manager. They pointed him out to me (Jonathan Mary). And, he wasn't pleased with them pointing him out. I dotted out of the service line quickly in order to voice a complaint to this store manager about how Jennifer responded to me, and the difficulty I had getting help retrieving the TV. had it not been for Adisbel. When I asked to speak with him. He rudely said, "Can I settle in first?" He was inches from the end of my place in line. I asked if he could come stand with me so that I wouldn't lose my place in line. He repeated, "Can I settle in first?" I exhaustledly nodded, yes, and went back to the end of the line. Then, he came to me after he removed his backpack. Because of his disturbing attitude, three times I said to him that I do reviews and I will voice a complaint about my experience at that store. He said, "So, you do this all the time." As if I was a chronic complainer that was taking up his precious time. I said to him, "Since you're taking my comment out of context and in a disturbing tone, let me put it back in context. I don't complain about Walmart. I've never googled negatively about Walmart." Please check my google comments. I also informed him that I have health issues and I needed assistance to retrieve the TV. He told me in such an uncaring way, that no one knew of my health issues. Shouldn't anyone who request assistance get it regardless? After sharing my complaint, while wearing a mask, I then turned my head away from him to catch a breath. He took me, turning my head as a slight to him. He then said, "Oh so, you don't want to listen to me!" I told this man that he was mistakenly out of place while speaking to me like this. He made too many demeaning assumptions. I could tell that he didn't want to be bother by the likes of me. He was as rude as they come. So, I informed him that I wasn't his employee. I refused to accept his rude, entitled, and arrogant behavior. What a wasted and demeaning conversation with him! As he walked away to speak with Jennifer, I asked if I had to remain at the end of the line. He said, "That's what I'm working on." Then, he completely ignored me while he spoke in pretense with her. I slowly made it to the front of the line and got my refund for the 65-inch TV that was retrieved from my car. To my pleasure, and since that entire TV dept was so nice, we purchased a 70 inch TV. Then, my husband saw a 75-inch TV that was on sale. David informed us that we had to go back to the service desk if we wanted to return the 70-inch TV that we had just purchased and never left the store with. At the service desk, we were told that we couldn't return the 70-inch TV until the next day. She also told me that the store manager couldn't even override returning the 70-inch TV that David had just sold me and he was standing next to. So, we bought both TVs. the 75 inch and the 70 inch. We will be returning the 70-inch TV the next day as required by this store. We also had to purchase twine in order to close the lift gate to my car. Amazingly, while I purchased the twine, a gentleman purchased helium. The cashier went out of her way to call for assistance for his helium.

I have been living there for 8 years and this has been the worst Walmart I have ever known, starting with the new store manager named Jhon because I really don't remember that the store has had someone who has been able to fix that store that is always messy and never stocked, plus you are always going to look for someone for help you have to wait a long time to be attended to and the photography service is always broken you can never go to take a photo that you need because they always tell you that it doesn't work it's the bad service that the associates have they don't like to work and it happened I went looking for the store manager to help me and to be able to tell him what always happens, it is not the first time that happened with the photo service and it was so unpleasant to talk to him because the first thing he told me was that he did not speak Spanish and I did not know effort to help he turned to another associate and without much effort with an unpleasant gesture he told me that nothing could be done, very rude because you must treat clients with respect even if they do not speak Spanish because his clients are mostly Latino and there should have been Acted otherwise, he does not have the capacity to be at a level where his audience is Hispanic. They should train these managers who do not speak Spanish to treat the customer who buys their products from the Walmart chain..
