splendid bank with very happy and helpful employees. sometimes the wait can be a bit long; but you are well taken care of when you are seen. the location is at a very dangerous intersection, so you are better off taking the 'long way' instead of attempting to turn left or right on krome ave.

Wells Fargo is known to freeze your account due to judgment or bankruptcy even if your name is added as a benifiary, they don't bother to contact the main person with the back account but take it upon themselves to do so, they have no respect what so ever for the customer, don't bother to find out what the problem is or situation a customer is going thru. It's really sad to find this out the hard way. Do not use or trust Wells Fargo bank.

These people are so lazy. I went to solve a few issues and all the lady at the entrance told me to do was to call, oh for this you can call Wellsfargo oh and for that so can also call them. But I’m here and the letter says to go to the branch…no just call them. Wow! No wonder your reviews are bad!

Awful service! I recommend using another branch. Every staff member sitting on their sit doing nothing and if you don’t have an appointment they won’t help you even if the bank is empty… ??? I just needed to add an authorize user to my account. I don’t understand why I need an appointment for something that takes 5 minutes or less.

The branch manager Raina is trouble. I called spoke to her to make an appointment and she said all done. When I got to the branch she told me she doesn’t remember and I need to make it online. The banker told me wait and she will help me if someone doesn’t show up since I only need to unlock my online banking. She only take care of the Cuban without appointment

Really rude and unprofessional manager Raina Perez. We are long term client but anytime we have to go to this branch her attitude is just unacceptable. She needs to go. Apparently I’m not the only one writing bad review if the manager doesn’t know how to coach their employees and herself as a manager has an attitude in result no customer would be happy.

I call at 8 to make an appointment for 1, then I call again to see if they can change my appointment for 10 went there 15 mins before 10 the lady said oki fine I let the workers know you coming at 10 went there they said there were not an appointment under my name then I explain the guy that I call 2 times to make sure then he says nope your not in the list. I have been with Wells Fargo for 2 years and everything was working fine till now what a mess.

Wells Fargo Bank has placed regulations and policies for banking that are absolutely insane. In order to make a deposit into your bank account using a deposit slip with your name and information printed issued by the bank they now require you to have a form of ID. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 27 years and I have seen the decline of customer service and increased lack of trust in this branch. I encourage you to use center state bank only a block down the road. They do not have a revolving door of employees.

The bank was very cautious about social distancing, disinfecting and wearing masks. A man who was helping people with questions and getting in line was very friendly and helpful.I was there to open an estate account and Mr Gerardo Rincon was very helpful and patient.
