If your payment don't go through they will call you numerous times that day and everyday forward till it's paid even if you been with them for decades.I will not recommend anyone to this place anymore..

Talked to 2 different staff and they both talked down to me. When I was told they needed to talk to me, I called and they acted like they didn’t know how to help me when I explained who I was and that my husband told me they called .

I've been making payments every month. If you don't have the funds as for when your appliance needs to be paid, call and reschedule your payment. They will help you.

Quick n easy to do business with.Just make sure you pay items off b4 the 120 days or it takes forever to get em paid off. But staff is always friendly n helpful n making payments over the phone is always fast.

Good service but unfair deals simply just because there high interest and over pricing over time. I had got into a deal with them and made 5 payments and as soon as I missed the 6th payment they came and removed my appliances from my home. They were big payments too... then when I went to go get my appliances back they didn't have them anymore and wanted to get me into another deal starting from scratch. I feel like if there deals were a lot more fair to the consumer they would be doing better all around. If you can't pay your balance within the first 6 months your stuck paying crazy interest ?
