These guys are awesome! Was on the road and needed a sway bar installed on my 21ft camper. They got me in and had it installed all within 45 minutes for a more than fair price. Would have taken Camping World 3 days. Can't praise these guys enough!

If you’re a full-time RVer you cannot go through this RV dealer’s banks to buy a second RV to place in another location such as a work location if you live in the other RV as your residence. You will have to go through your own bank or credit union to get a loan I guess without mentioning that you’re buying a second RV because this is not allowed. This RV I had planned to buy from this would’ve been my eighth RV because I’ve never had any issues buying an RV from a dealer with the above situation but apparently it’s not permitted. I guess so I unfortunately will have to go back to the dealers I normally deal with. This is coming from there, gentlemen who handles their finances who I don’t know how many times he had to tell me that he’s been doing this for 20 years numerous and at least, probably five times. So all the other dealers out there that you possibly have done this with are doing something that they’re not permitted to do apparently. I really liked the RV that I was looking into buying, but there’s no means for me to buy that RV from this dealer.
I’m only giving you three stars now because I cannot buy my RV from you because I live in another RV, which doesn’t make any sense to me because I’ve never had this issue with any other dealers but I’m told by your financial guy I’m not allowed to buy your RV because I live in an RV. I was informed I cannot go through your banks cause they don’t allow this, but I cannot go through another bank to buy an RV if I already lived in an RV so that doesn’t make any sense to me. I’ve never had this issue with any other dealer.

I needed a plumbing part to fix a leak. They didn't have the part I needed, but they did help me with a workaround. Problem solved. 👍

Stopped by to look. Owner was great and let us just walk around looking at campers. 90%ate used so we were not interested. But I'll tell ya he has some beauties with new furniture and very clean.

Amazing rv dealership! Joe and sandy helped me along every step of the way, were extremely friendly, punctual, and treat you like family. Very fair prices as well as fair prices for trade ins. Don and Sandy at Arrow RV bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and fit us with a travel trailer. They and staff put customer service number 1. We will definitely do our future business with them. They treated us honestly and with trust.

My wife and I drove past and decided to take a look. We walked in to the office and we spoke with a nice gentleman who said we could take a look at anything he gave us some information and that prices where campers information was listed in each camper. We had a great experience and are looking into using their financing company and purchasing our dream camper.

Needed a part for a Dometic commode, was afraid we would have to order online and wait. Arrow RV had had the part, and the price was reasonable. Quick and friendly service.
