“I've taken my 2014 Silverado to Jenkins Chevrolet of Homosassa twice now. The first time was about six months ago. This was the first time for service since I bought it used in 2016. All I been doing was changing the oil and all of the filters. Jenkins performed the required maintenance efficiently and charged me fairly. There was no attempt to upsell. Most recently I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to inspect the breaks because my wife could hear them making a high-pitched squeal. It needed new pads all around as well as calipers. One was frozen and all were excessively rusted. I figure this was from driving through brackish flood waters since living here. Anyway, i was very happy with their work, their diagnostics and the pricing. The work isn't being done by a bunch of back yard mechanics. They had the truck for 6 hours but provided me a ride home. I found Jenkins Cheverolet to be friendly, professional, and fairly priced both times I've been there.”

“So i saw the car advertised online on Friday night. , It took till Monday before I could talk to somebody about it. Tori called me ( she was really big and kept in contact with me through the whole procedure till I picked it up on Saturday ) and put me in touch Andrew , him and I went back-and-forth a little bit. I wanted to leave a deposit ( because I couldn’t get till the weekend)he said they don’t take deposits , so because it was looking for went ahead and bought it . First time I bought a car with out actually seeing and driving it .I guess I got lucky because it was the car I was looking for , it was the right color. It rans good , looks good , & drives good , drove over 125 miles home without any problems. “Before I got this I drove the ford and the ram and was not happy with either bc well the price was high for very little truck. On top of that the other two places told me one thing then kept me there blowing smoke up my skirt until I just got mad and left. So I gave it one more try I went here and so glad I did. This is my new frontier and all this btw is standard for their trucks. The windows are tinted I have 360 back up I have driver assist which if the truck thinks I am falling asleep it wakes me up. I mean this truck has it all and it was less then ford and ram. It also drives better The young man Derek that helped me did what I asked and stayed in my budget like I asked him to. I love my new truck no other owner but me His name is Napoleon”

She not Only answered my questions with a genuine care in her voice. She assured finance help was available. She was there till the end of the repairs. I felt like I had a new friend.
